fimacca Hadnt had one before and didnt know what to expect, the therapist was lovely and friendly and put me at ease straight away. She was very helpful and we also discussed diet etc which was interesting. Due to the proceedure, you are advised to have some good bacteria tablets which they sell there as the proceedure gets rid of all bacteria....strange experience and I felt a bit lighter after. Certainly something to try but leave your dignity at the door!
