The Salon is busy which gives a great atmosphere, but my hair cut took quite a long time which was great as I didn't feel at all rushed, and it felt very personal. They have vibrating chairs to massage your back while you have your hair washed, and offer a scalp massage too. The refreshments on offer are all great brands, so all in all this was a great experience. My next appointment is already booked!
