Write A ReviewDefinately book this asap!!! I went to the Peak District venue which is a party house generally b ooked for weddings, etc. The surrounding countryside is reason enough to visit this area, as you will be blown away. I went with my sister and paid £45 each extra to have a twin room with ensuite although lots of people got there own rooms anyway with shared facities. We had 3 guys who, cooked for us and trainned us and even though I am definately at the bottom rung of the ladder I didn't feel uncomfortable or like I couldn't do it becuase after the fitness assessment the advise on the different excerises for you. The meals times were over in 5 minutes as it was either a stuffed pepper or porridge or a bowl of soup by you are there to shift some poundage after all. The house was stunning, a old farmhouse, the excerises were doable and even the fitest people were exhausted, I want to build up to doing a week one, as it was I slept for 16 hours after leaving and it took 3 days to be able to walk properly but I have booked again to go in September to the Cotswolds.

Fantastic 7 day bootcamp! All the Staff and Fitness Instructors were so welcoming and helpful. The variety of Fitness activities was amazing - I can't believe how much they packed in!
The Retreat Therapists were on hand at the end of each day to massage our tired muscles, readying us for the next day.
Good fun, great results, would definitely go again!

I went to the 3 day bootcamp in the Cotswolds (not the luxury one). We were a small group but the work rate was great, unlike other bootcamps I have done this wasn't overwhelming but never the less I felt pushed and learnt new techniques. Craig was chirpy and informative, judging people's ability well and providing great motivation.
The accomodation was great as I upgraded to an ensuite. The bathroom for the non ensuite ones didn't have a great shower and with a full compliment of bootcampers would probably have led to a queue! This was a new venue for them and the feedback was well received so this may well improve soon.
I came away motivated and have kept up with the training where possible, I even noticed an improvement in my body pump performance and have re-introduced some (low gi) carbs into my diet.
I will be going back!

I paid a special rate and went to the 3 day bootcamp retreat in the Cotswolds. Please be advised that the Cotswolds is not, like Buckinghamshire, a ‘luxury’ retreat, nevertheless, I think it was a wonderful experience.
The 3 guys running this retreat were well trained, friendly and approachable. The activities were varied and include boxing, military circuits, kettle bells and a 7 mile hike through the countryside which I really enjoyed. I liked that each activity had a level to suit all and the trainers pushed each guest to his/her limit which was excellent. They also included a detailed nutritional talk which was useful.
The food wasn’t great but I wasn’t expecting much to begin with – it’s bootcamp! They provided enough fuel to get us through the day and advised that we bring our own snacks.
The only negative thing I would say is that the shower and toilet was tiny. However, it was clean and the water was always hot so I can’t complain.
The overall experience was great. I am aching all over but I feel as if I have worked hard! I will definitely visit Hillmotts again.

It was a little out of the way but that did make you feel like you had left work far behind! Got a really good deal for about £35 for an hours massage and a cream tea. The cream tea was delicious, with homemade scones. The staff were really friendly and keen for us not to rush so they didn't mind us just hanging around reading magazines and chilling in their relaxation area. The therapist was lovely too and my full body massage was amazing. Really good value for money!

I bought a deal for my friend's birthday and we both had a very lovely day and would thoroughly recommend the treatments. The cream tea was also lovely in comfy surroundings.

Lovely surrondings, nice and comfortable accomodation.
The boot camp was alot of fun, the instructors made sure no-one was left out and everyone got to work at their own pace. It;s a good way to get in some hardcore exercise over a couple of days or if you want to kick start your own fitness. We got given lots of advice on exercise and nurition. I would 100% recommend this to anyone that enjoys working out. I've already booked my next one.

I attended the boot camp in Cornwall last week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was beautiful and most of the exercise was outdoors in the fresh air. The training was hard, especially as I felt very unfit but the trainers Jo and Chrissy were fantastic. They were so enthusiastic and knowledgeable and managed to drain every last ounce of energy out of me!! The food was really good and rooms lovely. I came away inspired and have already made nutritional changes to my diet and bought boxing equipment and kettlebells to continue the good work. I would love to go again and plan to later on in the year. Great value.

It was a lovely place. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage and the therapist was absolutely amazing. I wish they had a wet spa or just a sauna and a steam room at least...

I went to the Peak District venue and after a 3 hour drive I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. I was rather apprehensive about the whole thing as this is the first time I have ever done anything like this, but after meeting the rest of the 'recruits' and the trainers, I was fine. Glad to see people were at my level of fitness and under, not just uber fit ones.
The trainers were amazing, made you worked exceptionally hard, to the point that you never thought you would get. Very tough but also quick to praise and encourage.
Food was fine, a lot smaller than I'm used to and although I'm a very fussy eater, I liked all of it.
Thank you to all the trainers and the recruits for making it fun (in a strange kind of way!!)
