Terrible customer services, the hair dresser put my purse on the floor instead of offering me a place to hang it. I was in this place on Saturday in order to make some highlights (voucher bought on groupon) but was very badly treated and humilliated in front of the other customers.
When I told the hair dresser (a man) that some products and toners could be used to take off the warm colour resulted from highlights on dark hair, he went out of control and start shouting that I was trying to teach him how to do his job, when I was ONLY explaining how I would like my hair done!
Then I had to explain him I was just saying what I wanted on my hair, because my hair is very valuable for me, but he didn't allow me to talk.
The hair dressers (both this man and also a lady who was repeating she has 37 years of experience) were VERY IMPOLITE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICES AT ALL. They were shouting at me and speaking louder, not allowing me to explain my reasons.
I will definitely not recommend this Beauty Salon to my friends and will also write a negative review about the unpleasant experience I had in this place, all over the internet, so maybe they will learn to treat their customers politely.

Bought a Groupon voucher and they refused to book me in. No time slots! Very rude and unhelpful on phone. Sounded resentful that i had bought a voucher! Groupon lovely and refunded me the full amount. Never go to this salon!

I bought a Groupon voucher for a cut and full head of highlights. I'm sure it was also meant to include some sort of conditioning treatment as well which I didn't receive. Afer purchasing the voucher i called to make an appoinntment but was told that the first available appointment was 4 months away. This meant I had to make another appointment elsewhere. I told them that I may have to change it as I am away a lot and can't plan for 4 months away... as it happened I did need to change it and had nothing but hassle trying to change the appointment. Eventually I managed to use the voucher but it was 'recommended' I only get a half head of highlights. I heard them 'recommending' the same thing to the person who came in after me with the same voucher. I suspect that they were more bothered about cutting costs than being bothered about the condition of their customers hair. It wasn't the owner who actually did my hair. He was perfectly nice and friendly but I think the colour either wasnt left on long enough or wasnt the correct tone as it didn't make much difference to my routes. All in all I felt it was a big waste of time! And I didn't like the attitude of the owner which seems to be that if you only pay 26 for the voucher you shouldn't expect full service.

I was absolutely shocked at the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the manager of this "salon."
Firstly, actually making the appointment was needlessly difficult. I had a groupon voucher, and when I called to make an appointment and stated that (because of course I work during the week) I needed a Saturday appointment, they offered me an appointment literally 8 MONTHS away. I was absolutely shocked and pressed the matter, but the manager told me I could like it or lump it. Great start, and nice to know that they take customer service seriously.
When finally I did arrive for my appointment there, I was then disappointed to see the state of the place, - the entire workforce (about 3 people) seemed to be stood outside the door smoking and inside the smell of burning/ chemicals was so strong that it made me gag. The place could really do with a deep clean and a make-over, as could the owner.
The services themselves were extremely amateur and disappointing to say the least, which I should have expected given the lack of professionalism surrounding the whole establishment. Hairdressing was a joke, I think that they probably have so few customers that they must be used to only cutting doll’s hair, and as for the ‘beauty services,’ the massage actually left me with an aching sore back (partly due to the cold room, hard table, and lack of knowledge of the girl doing it). The ‘facial’ involved slapping on a face mask and leaving the room. Definitely the worst of the bad bunch though is the manager, who is the embodiment of poor service.
Indeed, a friend of mine had a terrible experience there when she arrived with the wrong groupon voucher. This was clearly a mistake, and she logged on to groupon and brought up the correct voucher on the computer screen to show everyone which was obviously the correct voucher and completely valid. The manager then stormed over and told her that it was her mistake, her problem and they wouldn’t except it, and to get out of the shop. As you can imagine, she was absolutely flabbergasted (after all she’d been waiting for this appointment for about 6 months!) and politely suggested that they rearrange the appointment instead if it really was such a problem for them. The manager told her that they would do no such thing, since she’d already “wasted their time” and she could “take it up with groupon.”
I have never in all my life heard of such appalling service. No wonder they need to steal people’s money, they can’t have any customers coming back.

I bought a Groupon voucher to use here and called up to book an appointment, I was immediately asked if I had a voucher and was told to call the 'groupon line', so I hung up and called the number which was still in the same salon, the owner obviously did not want to talk to someone who had purchased one of their own advertised vouchers. Good start.
I was then told that the first appointment they had was febuary, at which point I was speechless, considering that is three months away. I asked why and she said they were booked up until then, which I didn't believe so pressed the matter and was told that because I had a voucher and was not paying full price there were only a select few spaces. There are absolutely no terms or conditions that state that the appointments were limited, or restricted. By the sounds of it they have given one appointment per week to groupon buyers, you would think they were using groupon to gain customers and business.
I then spoke to the manager who was the rudest salon owner I have ever spoken to, her words were 'do you want the appointment in Febuary or not', followed by I am not standing here arguing, go complain to groupon (after my asked two questions and stating that their offer was fausely advertised). I was made to feel like SCUM because I bought a voucher that THEY had put out there to buy.
Safe to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon, purely for the owners terrible and rude attitude and false advertising, you would think in this economic climate they would want to encourage people into their place.

I went to this hairdresser Groupon voucher......advice STEER CLEAR. They said the voucher was worth 90 odd pounds.....here's my experience. I got there 5 min late due to not knowing where it was. I was informed, as I was 5min late I could not get a full head of highlights I would need to get the half head.......mmmmm 5 min???? Anyway accepted it was my fault I was late and agreed. On talking through what I wanted the girl recommended a full colour - blonde. I indicated pointing to another lady in the shop what colour I wanted......during the treatment I told the girl 3 times my head was tingling, granted I also said it was not sore (bleach direct onto my head no skin test). She did not check my head or colour just said this was normal. The lighting in the shop is very bright and right above you therefore you cannot really tell the colour. When she was finished I said it was brighter than I wanted but still ok. On getting home I asked my partner to check my hair cause it felt like there was a lump of wax or something in my hair, he looked and gasped at the blood and the burn marks on my head........other hairdresser suggested I sue she was so suprised at the damage however I decided to just drop in a complaint, not asking for refund or fix just an apology would have been fine oh and I had ginger streaks ??????? When I complained the response I got was..... if I had complained about the burning the bleach would have been taken off immediately...had the person checked she would have seen it, when blow drying my hair how did she not see the burns?????? And I did not pay extra for toner in my hair or for the skin test therefore it was not done.....apart from safety reasons for doing this, I was not asked if I wanted to pay the extra????? In short I would not go to them even for a free fix up of the mess they left, and I certainly would not pay the original price. Beware DODGY which I believe was due to having a voucher and not paying full price, you do not get a full service......very defensive and non accepting of errors made, if she thought I was lying about it, the owner could at least have asked me in, to check the damage rather than wait a week to initially respond, why would I make it up when I wasn't asking for any form of compensation?????

Had a simillar experience.Visited salon also on november last year. Was refused to do two colours even when paying extra.Went for blond as usual but tingling and stinging was unbearable and haidresser herself suggested washing hair straight away.I agreed because my skin felt like an open wound. After 10 min in salon never offered a refund or rescheduled visit, i left with literally yellow hair.DO NOT GO THERE,! They are using some cheap dangerous produts not Wella like claimed.I used Wella many times and never experienced this!
Wonderful Service from Helen Deans, more than satisfied with my hair cut and colour. Great atmosphere and brilliant staff. They went over and above the means of the service, Thank you Helen!!
