This was my third time back to Hectik, staff are great, as are results of Keratin Brazilian Treatment. The results lasted 4 months and you definitely notice the difference. Bring back the deal on Wahanda!

Salon was very quiet as went at 6.30pm. Spent over an hour on my hair so had lots of time and felt pampered. Was a good cut and staff were very friendly.

I went here for a free wedding consultation through Wahanda. Girls be warned! I booked a trial after the consultation and I don't know if it was because he was in a rush as it was the last appointment of the day, but he didn't really DO the style he was going to do on the day, saying he'd "save it for the big day". I should have spoken up but didn't, and when my wedding day came round and he did the actual style it was nothing like I envisaged and I hated it! I had to ask him to take it all out and start again. For the money you pay, make sure they do the full hairstyle in your trial, not back comb it a bit and hold it up and say "it'll look something like this". I definitely would NOT recommend!!

used a deal for 50% off colour services and at that price the colour service I received was pretty good. The salon was well appointed and looked quite classy and had some nice touches. I was not offered refreshments wich would have been a good touch.

Always wanted to try this salon as I live locally so delighted to see when there is an offer. My hairdresser Harley is very patient and professional. Although I was late for about 10 minutes and she knew I had a Wahanda voucher, there's no feeling being rushed around. The whole haircut and blow dry lasted over an hour. Excellent value for money and in fact I booked another appointment to go back soon.

I love this salon and would never go any where else.

I went for the 1st time about a month ago as I had a Wahanda voucher to used my I was greeted by the receptionist who was lovely she took my coat asked me if I wanted a drink and said she was going to inform Amy who was the stylist a couple of minutes later they both appeared with warm smiles.

I sat down and with Amy and she asked me what I wanted to get down I said to her I was bored with my colour and wanted to go a dark brown she said ok and got a book with different colour in and I went for a dark brown she said ok but advised me that because I was blond it might make me look a little wash out so she suggested a warmer semi permanent brown so if I didn't like it I could change it. So i asked her to help me pick a colour and we did I was a little unsure but she put my mind to ease.

Amy was very attentive and friendly made me feel very comfortable and all of the staff spoke to me and just made me feel comfortable the salon was spotless I do not have a bad word to say and trust me it is unlike me to not find fault as I am very picky.

then Amy cut my hair and blow dried it and asked my what I thought all of the staff said how good it looked and made me feel fab.

I must say I am going back in 2weeks to get it died that colour permanently as I absolutely love this colour and the staff the location and the venue themselves.

If you haven't been you need to go and if you are a little worried don't be you are in great hands.

I've been looking for a new hairdresser in the local area for over a year. I have now found one. Amy did a wonderful cut that keeps its shape beautifully. I will definitely be back.

The staff were very welcoming and the Wahanda voucher is a great deal. My hairdresser was very friendly and he talked to me throughout about random stuff, as well as providing me a lot of information on my hair and tips on how to style it and make it look better. Would go back and have my hair done there again. Would definately recommend.

I arrived here and thought it was a pleasant salon. The good parts were: 1. The hairdressers I had was EXCELLENT at cutting and chatted away throughout about how to look after my hair and general everyday stuff. I was very pleased with the cut. and would go back (I have already rebooked). If there was any gripe, I had to wait 15 minutes to get my hair washed and the assistant seemed to have some problem getting the water temperature right (either too hot or too cold) but that is just being picky as she was very gentle on my hair. Altogether, a good local salon for outside London.

Place was nice, modern and quite bright. In a good location in the Bromley shopping area. They open quite late so its nice to do some shopping and get haircut at the same time. My stylist was friendly and the cut I got was nice. With the offer, it was definately worth it.
