Heart and Space is a unique centre based in Central Birmingham where you can experience the benefits of yoga, pilates and meditation. As well as offering all aspects of yoga and pilates there are also a wide range of therapies, workshops and courses available.
Time stands still in the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere as you browse through the heart and space shop you will find everything from Health and relaxation products, yoga and pilates equipment, books, cd's, jewellery and much more.
From the moment you enter heart and space you will be warmed by a serene and tranquill environment designed to help you shed the stresses of daily living.
As soon as I entered the venue I had a feeling of peace and calm. Christa had only opened a few weeks prior and yet the shop and studio had a very calming influence. Christa as a yoga teacher was and continues to be very patient. During the hatha class she explained in detail what was required and encouraged my body into positions it had not been in since childhood.
I have continued to attend the class virtually every week and have seen my flexibility, stamina and peace of mind increase.
I intend to start attending the ashtanga class as soon as my diary allows and will continue to work with Christa for as long as possible.
