Very small treatment area but nicely fitted and friendly, well trained staff. Hollywood wax hurt much less than usual using special non-strip wax. Made to put disposable underwear on though, which is strange for a hollywood as half of the time is spent moving it around!

The ambience was great as well as the customer care. The process of obtaining the voucher was quick and easy and I had no problems using it at the designated venue. I would recommend this to someone who wanted to get something similar.

Excellent hair removal results. Happened upon a great offer and I am extremely satisfied with the results and I would recmmend this place to others. Location is ideal. Stuff is very friendly. i also though the booking was considerably easy and flexible compared to some other Wahanda offers.

My therapist was friendly enough, but I wasn't happy with the end result. I had a luxury pedicure, yet my heels were rough when I felt them by the time I arrived home. All she did was run a pumice file feebly over them, telling me at the time that "my feet weren't very rough" - my soles may not have been, but I know my heels were in need of work.

I'm also not keen on the shape my nails were filed in, plus I was lying on a table for the duration of the treatment which I found uncomfortable as I had to crane my neck up to read a magazine, so it wasn't exactly relaxing. I'm used to sitting on a chair when having my pedicures done, which I much prefer. Yes, the scrub and foot mask applied softened my feet, but I get the same effect from my usual place for half the price.

My only saving grace was that I paid with a Wahanda voucher I was given, but I felt was a waste, considering it cost £50. It's definitely not worth the price. My usual place only charges £25 and the pedi I'm given there is unfailingly amazing all. the. time. Needless to say I won't be coming back here.

The treatment started with a footbath and footscrub. The therapist used a cooling scrub which was pleasant since it was quite warm that day. For the Aromatherapy Massage she let me choose and smell the oils. The massage was great, the right amount of pressure. I drifted off a couple of times and left relaxed and energised.

The environment was very clean and spacious. The massage therapist was excellent and made sure I had a great experience. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to people and I myself would go back.

Excellent massage, and a good deal with the Wahanda voucher - and as I'd booked for what turned out to be a really hot sticky day, really pleasant to be able to have a shower first.
The huge plus for me is that it's about 5 minutes from home, so I'll definitely be going back

Only slight minus was that the hotel reception (and gym reception) staff could have been a bit more helpful, and having to wait & queue behind people checking in to the hotel simply for directions to the spa.

A+. One of the best massages I had (and I am picky!). Galia is an excellent therapist (she's the spa director and has an MBA as well as being a nutritionist).
Her massage technique included deep tissue and relaxing strokes which was exactly what I needed as my back was tight but I was also looking for a relaxing massage to distract me from my busy workload.

I emerged one hour later rejuvenated and ready to face the world (ahem actually I had a nap).

Highly recommended.

I went to get a body wrap and facial, very nice therapist. She gave me good explanations of what she was doing and was very friendly. Can highly recommend this place for beauty treatments.

I booked a massage because I'd had a terrible muscle spasm in my neck / shoulder and was in a lot of pain. I wasn't sure if a massage would fix it but it really really helped. The therapist was very good and my neck and shoulder felt great afterwards, and (touch wood) the muscle spasm seems to have gone. Would recommend this place!
