On joining you will have an induction with one of our instructors. They will set a programme for you utilising the Technogym key system. They are there to help you achieve your goals. You can review and update your programme whenever you want in order to ensure that you are keeping motivated and reaching your goals.

The Studio provides a wide range of classes that are interactive, motivational and fun. Taught by professional instructors and suited to all levels of fitness and co-ordination, these classes range from Step, Body Pump, Aerobics, Body Conditioning to Stretch classes. We also offer a complementary approach to maintaining health & fitness with classes of Yoga & Tai Chi to Pilates. These classes are ideal in reducing stress and use stretching, breathing, meditation and relaxation to recondition the mind and body.

Enjoy a swim in the 20 metre indoor swimming pool with designated lane swimming, aqua and splash sessions for the kids. Or you can simply relax poolside.
