I had an appointment booked for a 'Model Cut' today. I was very excited and ready to try this hairdresser for the first time, only to find out to my disappointment that the trainee that was scheduled to cut my hair was on holiday! The main problem was that I was only told this when I arrived at the shop, and wasted a lot of time on a rare day off. I was informed that they were 'unable to leave a message' on my cell, which I doubt as I have received quit a few messages since I booked my appointment around 3 weeks ago. They also never attempted to call me again.
Since they showed such unprofessionalism in a very simple matter as notifying a customer when they cancel a booking, I have my doubts about their ability to maintain professionalism and customer service in other areas. I will not recommend this hairdressers, not even for a free cut.
