My friend and I went for our usual massage and facial again, but this time after a break of 2 months. A bit of re décor has been done in the salon and rooms, plus they have one of those posh coffee and hot chocolate machines for all to use for free. Fantastic....cant get any better!!

The massage was quite good and the girl that did my massage was really friendly and made me feel comfortable.
What I didn't like about this place was the lack of Hygiene. While I was waiting I noticed a blonde girl had a massage before me and I was taken in straight after her. The towels weren't changed and were reused on me so I had blonde hair on my back and hands and I kept removing them during the massage but there must have been quite a lot of hair so they kept sticking on to my body- I don't this is acceptable and it ruined the massage for me because I couldn't relax and it grossed me out. Also I noticed the facial brushes used on me weren't sanitised but just washed in water ( I don't know if they sanitized them after I left). If I had to only rate the massage I would give it 5 stars but I wouldn't go back there for a massage for the reasons I have mentioned above.

I visited Gregorys to shorten my hair. I was very satisfied with the service I was given. Very friendly atmosphere, convenient location and professional service is what I was looking for. I will definitely go there again.

The staff were very friendly and the actual massage room was warm and had a pleasant ambience, however, the therapist talked non-stop throughout the massage although I tried to give the message that I wanted to just zone out. I didn't have the heart to just say 'I'd like to just enjoy this massage in silence if that;s OK'. I have never had this experience before although I've had a lot of massages. I just assumed that therapists know that when you're being massaged, you usually just want to switch off and relax.
The massage itself was soothing but didn't really get into the knots in my muscles.
The massage bed wasn't very comfortable for my head/neck and felt quite greasy when I put my face down (there was no individual towel placed around the hole). No towel was placed around the top of my trousers so they ended up getting massage oil on them.
All in all a decent value massage but a bit rough around the edges.

Although I have been here many times before for massages, this time my partner decided to try the hair side of things. As her hair is quite frizzy she decided to top up on her keratin treatment. She normally gets it done using deals from websites but always is rushed and finished within 90mins. Not this time though. A full 3hrs and 30min later the hair was looking straighter than straight. Soft and smooth like it should be. For only £85 it was a bargain and she got a free bottle of Keratin shampoo as well. Looks like we will be coming here again for the Keratin Treatment again!!

I thought that the salon was clean and tidy. The therapist was friendly, professional and used the right about of pressure and tailored the massage to my needs. I was very happy with the service I received.

If you're looking for a proper massage, for a good price within the hour, then this is definitely the place to stop by. Good atmosphere and an all round good massage that focuses on those pressure points. This is my 3rd time here. If you want a strong hard massage, choose the girl UPSTAIRS...she is stronger..will be back soon!!!!

I have been here lots of times now. This time I decided to try the massage and back scrub. Overall lovely time and excellent value for money... only £29!! It was 90 min of pure relaxation... will be back again soon!!

The Oil was rancid,the towels were dirty,there was no ambiance when i was there,the toilet had not toilet paper,we had 75 minutes instead of 90.
the receptionist was unhelpful on the phone.

Summer is coming and i decided to buy the mani pedi deal from lastminute.com for £29. I booked in and decided to upgrade to the gel nails for an extra £10 each. 2 weeks later my nails still look perfect and it was excellent value for money.
