At Greens Health & Fitness, our aim is to help as many people as possible lose weight, get fit, tone up, de-stress... in fact we'll do everything we can to get you active, healthy and happy.
We believe the muscles that are key to your health and fitness are the ones that make you smile. If these are working regularly then there's a pretty good chance that the others aren't too bad either.
It's not just our swimming pools, spacious gyms (we even have ladies only gyms / new starter gyms) or spinning and aerobic studios that will get you to where you want to be it is also our programme of classes and activities that are geared towards you achieving specific fitness and weight loss goals.
As well as our Health & Fitness Clubs we offer all members access to our new Weight Loss Diary Programme - an online weight management resource that has been developed by our team of nutritionists and fitness professionals.
These experts, however, also know how easy it is to devour a packet of Jaffa Cakes during the X Factor, or a bag of popcorn and a packet of Minstrels during an evening at the cinema, and how you will need motivation and support as much as a well structured fitness programme.
