I booked a deep tissue and have had previously however with different therapist. Unfortunately I ran late 15 minutes and upon arrival was told they would need to cut it short 5 minutes which I said was no issue but I was not even given the 45 minutes. On a couple occasions I have arrived early and have waited over 10 minutes as therapist was not ready patiently. Why is it one rule for us and a different for the therapists?

I felt overwhelmed by the essential oils on entry. Thought it was a bit suffocating. Massage didn't feel balanced. I didn't feel the massage mirrored my left side to my right side.
