Grafton Tennis and Squash Club was formed in 1888 and is a friendly, yet competitive club which includes everyone from complete beginners to high level players. The Grafton offers a unique opportunity to play both tennis and/or squash and boasts a fully licensed bar with food served most evenings. We also organise leagues, regular tournaments and social nights for tennis and squash.
The Grafton tennis section boasts six all weather courts, three of which are floodlit. We also have three shale courts, closer in pace to European clay courts.
On Wednesday evenings and Saturday/Sunday afternoons, 4 courts are allotted for social tennis. One short set is played before mixing with others. The accent is on playing for fun, mixing players of all levels and introducing new members.

Everyone that I met there was really friendly and even one person gave me a few tips and we rallied. I also had a coach for a short while and he was also very friendly.
The courts, both tennis and squash are not amazing but standard and good quality.
Overall I think that the Grafton is a fantastic place for anyone who wants to learn or can already play Tennis or Squash, especially as it has a great value pricing scheme.
