Really pleased again with my visit to Graffiti. Beautiful, tranquil space and really polite staff. dean is a great hairdresser and a lovely guy as well, so will only be coming to Graffiti from now on for my haircuts.Highly recommended.

The service was good, however I was expecting the hairdresser to come up with suggestions/ideas about the hair cut I was going to get. The cut was very well made, however for the value I did not notice a significant difference from what any other hairdresser could do.

This is an amazing hairdresser and I am so pleased I have found such a great hairdresser as Dean which everyone should try once and when you do, you will not want to go anywhere else :-)

Listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Very well cut, as always, cant complain and already booked my next appointment. I can only recommend it.
Great place to get some advice on your hair too.

I am writting this just to ensure other customers do not have to go through the same stress I had been through. Dean is a nice and friendly hairdresser and I like him as a person. However, he is not competent in cutting thick Asian hair. It was a nightmare after he cut my hair as many people immediately pointed out how badly my hair has been cut on the same day. . As it was shockingly badly cut, I have to pay a lot of money to get another highly skilled hairdresser who understand asian hair to cut my hair for the second time. I was told by a reputatable and award winning hairdresser that he was a shock that an "art director" can let his client get out from the saloon with such a bad hair cut. He said he had used the wrong cutting technique for Asian hair! Hope he can be trained and improved in future as he is a nice guy overall.

I was treated very well from the beginning, the atmosphere was really relaxing and energetic at the same time. The stylist was really looking after my hair and did exactly what I wanted. There is a nice view and it is located on a lovely street with many French shops (Petit Bateau, Maje, Gerard Darel,...)ll definitely come back for hair treatment such as scalp treatment, Japanese deep conditioning and Japanese hair straightening.

Salon is in a good location (right behind bond street). I was not offered a drink when arriving (but I guess if you have brought a voucher you may not get one!) If you are going for a trim then this is the perfect place however if you would like a new style then I suggest you pay a little more.

I continue to get nothing but the best out of this salon – best service, best haircut, and best deal thanks to Wahanda. I continue to recommend the service without hesitation.

Have been going to Dean for two years now. He never failed me and would not consider replacing him with any other studio. Can't comment on the other services they provide as used dry blow only.

took me a little while to find the salon as it was not a store front and i missed the sign.
arrived on time, was greeted by someone and asked to take a seat. sat for a few minutes, eventually Dean introduced himself and apologized for the wait as he had been sitting there but the receptionist didn't let him know I had arrived.
we discussed what i wanted - i asked his opinion on a bang vs fringe. he was quite helpful and we agreed on a side fringe. Dean was extremely gentle with hair washing and the hair cut. he was very friendly and made me feel at ease. am definitely going back!!!
very happy with result and love the central location :)
