Consumer reviews of Good Vibes Fitzrovia
This is a cosy friendly venue but a little cramped. I enjoyed the power plate and felt the young instructor was trained well and able to help individuals within the class. Changing facilities are limited. I have been back.
I went along to Good Vibes for two Power Plate sessions after getting the MobDeal - 2 classes for £10. This was my second time at Good Vibes and I had high hopes as I'd liked it the first time I tried it out.
I do like the atmosphere at Good Vibes - it's clean and a bit quirky - nothing had...
Good Vibes is really a place with a good vibe. I visited the one in Fitzrovia. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the decoration and style is really funky. For those who dont have time to spend in the gym or are not keen going to the gym like myself, power plate is a fast way to exercise and...
I bought the Good Vibes MobDeal where I got two sessions for £10. I was really excited about trying Power Plate out as I'd heard rave reviews about how good it was for getting rid of cellulite and strengthening muscles, and I really wasn't disappointed!
My first session was a little scary as I...
Okay so this is my second week of 7.30 am PP sessions at Covent Garden Good Vibes. I've got to tell you this is the only class that can make me get up that early to get there in time. If like me you aren't an NBE (natural born excerciser) then this is perfect! There are only up to 5 people in a...
This was my first Power Plate Session! I had so much fun! It was challenging but not intimidating and I loved that it was a gentle impact workout. I felt like my whole body had been worked over but I wasn't dripping in sweat or short of breath. I felt fantastic after the class and was full of energy...
What is great is that you can see results so quickly. And if I'm honest one of the major attractions is that a really thorough workout only takes 25 minutes! I hate the gym, it's so boring and at Good Vibes it's small classes, great music and an ever changing rota of trainers so you never get bored.
The workout is excellent and the best part is that it's super fast, a quick 25 min session then you can continue with your day. The staff and trainers are all very friendly and helpful, the studio itself is lovely - I especially like the mirrors - all in all a very nice experience that I would...
I'm onto my fifth block of power plate sessions. You could say I have caught the bug. Maybe the vibrations affect my mood? I always feel more positive and energised after a session. My arms have never been so firm (still some way to go until I banish the bingo wings) but my sisters are starting to...
After completing a third block of power plate session I can't say my fat has melted away - but I have only been going twice a week due to work, not hitting the gym for extra aerobic exercise (although I walk everywhere). However I am finding my body is much stronger and I have more definition in my...
25-minute sessions mean you can fit it into your daily routine, no matter how busy you are, which is great for someone like me who has gym-discipline issues. Really friendly staff. It's very small (one training room, five Power Plate machines) but that makes it feel more personal and private, which...
Loved the atmosphere - really not intimidating, very friendly staff and other users.
Never done it before but easy to follow instructions.
Would be nice if they had towels in the shower room, although I guess they are trying to discourage people from showering there. Noticed there was no soap in...
Update. Following my complimentary session to the magic of the power plate courtesy of Wahanda I signed myself up for 10 off peak sessions. Although I have a way to go before I have all over toned bod, I have seen a marked improvement in my legs and bum which has spurred me on to sign up for 20 more...
From the moment I stepped into the reception of Good Vibes I was impressed, the decor is is divine, simple classic white walls and wood floors with a touch of frou frou added by the ornate mirrors. Welcoming reception staff made me feel at ease and Max my trainer for my free session was friendly and...
I had been looking forward to trying out Power Plates and went along as a group for a morning session. After filling out a consent form it was very much straight-in, with a quick change in the limited 'changing rooms' (two toilets, one with a shower; two other rooms which don't lock but are nice and...
I'd always been intrigued by the idea of the so-called Power Plate which, as the latest and greatest fitness gadget to grace the non-celeb population, I thought was some kind of magical metabolising machine that would strip me of my post Christmas flab. However, after a 30 minute lunch break session...

I had wanted to try using the power plate for a while and heard about Good Vibes. It is a smallish room which has five or six power plates lined up against a mirror. Classes are scheduled each half an hour and it is very easy to book in. The instructors seem to work on a rotating schedule and there...
