I went twice to Good Vibes, both times with a friend. The venue is quite small but perfectly formed, and very clean, and teh equipment all looked pretty new. The Powerplates trainers were excellent and very friendly, and showed us some really good moves so I got a great workout. The only slight negative was that there aren't enough places to get changed, so we had to queue, but it was a very minor complaint.

I love love love Good Vibes and power plate training however it is impossible to keep up cost-wise. There's not enough deals to incentivize customers to return - only for new customers to join, which isn't very cool. Guess they aren't really concerned with retention rates.

Went to Good Vibes for a free trial class with a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Although you can feel the burn the whole time, it was actually quite fun. The trainer put us through a big variation of moves that kept us interested and targeted a different part of the body each time so you never felt like you very overdoing it. Also, she gave us alternatives for what we could do if it got too hard so there was no frustration of not being able to do the moves or keep up. It's a great location in a side street of Covent garden and we went on a Saturday morning and it was a full class but still only about 7 people which was great. The trainer was so friendly and we both would definitely go back if we could justify cost of classes. We have tried about 5 power plate sessions over the past three weeks to get a real feel for it and I have to say this is the best class we tried. I have signed up to the newsletter to keep my ear out on special offers and would recommend people go try the free class.

Attended an introductory class free of charge (£20 otherwise). Really friendly staff. They're less busy on weekends, especially earlier on, so you could potentially have a therapist's attention all to yourself.
This was my first power plate experience. And it felt wierd. In a good way.
Each exercise is a minute long on a vibrating plate. It was okay until 3 minutes in when muscles in places i never knew i had were crying out for mercy. Not an easy class. However, the 25 minutes do seem like they fly by and I feel positively worked out.
The studio is cute and clean. location is easy to find (off Drury Lane) and the class was great. They also have studios in Liverpool Street and near oxford street (any packages you buy would give you access to all 3 studios).
Would I return? Sure. Once I recover!
