Good Vibes are London's leading Power-Plates studios. We have fabulous central London locations, brilliant trainers, happy staff, eclectic music and mint tea on tap. The spaces are light and bright with a few eccentric touches and as far removed from the corporate gym experience as is possible.
Power-Plates high-speed vibration training means that you can work out your whole body in speedy 25 minute classes and then… get on with your day.
Good Vibes were the first independent studio to open in the UK. We have been training busy Londoners for over 3 years now, so we're pretty good at it even if we do say so!
You hold poses such as lunges, squats, crunches on the vibrating platform, so your body engages nearly 100% of all muscle fibres to keep you stabilised. Your muscles contract and relax 30-50 times a second, hence the high speed training.
A trainer will instruct you throughout the class to make sure you have a safe and effective workout. Our trainers have a varied background ranging from Yoga, Pilates, Dance and Personal Training, we are hot on correct alignment and will adjust you where necessary.
A social oasis in a drap old world of corporate fitness.

I had a voucher for 3 Powerplate sessions to see if they'd be appropriate for me to do over a couple of months before my wedding next year. I was very very impressed. I've tried a couple of other companies around London that offer Powerplate and GoodVibes was by far the best.
I liked the relaxed feel of the place, the friendly and knowledgeable receptionist, the fantastic music (they had the Grease soundtrack playing on my first class!) and the very good instructors. I had 3 different instructors over the 3 sessions and all were excellent with their own different ways of teaching. I really noticed the difference in my body after just 3 sessions - everything felt a bit more toned, my belly was less wobbly and even my fiancé commented that I'm looking better for some reason (and he never says things like that).
I decided after the 3 sessions that 2 months before my wedding I'm going to do their Bikini Bootcamp which looks expensive but certainly looks the best way to drop a dress size in advance of the big day. I can't afford to do more than that - the downside to GoodVibes being amazing is that they're also quite expensive. There was a girl in my classes who had done the bikini bootcamp ahead of her wedding last year and she said she couldn't recommend it enough and afterwards was the skinniest she'd ever been and has since kept up the classes. I'm in.
