I was a walk-in like most people just wondering how much etc.... Salesman would not take no for an answer, just insisted & insisted we sign up, even begged to workout payment plan, total for 2 people to sign up was around $400, my contract has been up for 5 months & they STILL draft my account ($32.99 each, so about $65 for 2 people after tax) they say to cancel (even though I'm NOT cancelling because my contract is UP) you must speak to the manager.. Guess what! Good luck catching the manager cause she's always "in a meeting" These people are the biggest scam artists ever! I even saw a hidden sign by the front desk that said "if your having trouble making a sale, here's a good sales pitch we like to use to make them think were not just trying to make a sale and it states something like... Show them a virtual image of how they look now & how they'll look after training with you." Ugh I was disgusted! The place is run by a bunch of teens always on their cell phones & laughing & playing and the manager is apparently always ducking from unhappy customers!! Please! Save your money or you WILL be in my position before you know it!
