Used a Groupon voucher today and very disappointed, it was very hard to find and therefore managed to be 15mins late. I had a treatment which was suppose to be 1 1/2 hour long which ended up being only 1 hour. When I questioned this the lady pointed out that 15mins of the back massage was part of the facial whilst my face pack dried. Two issues with this a/ I was still 15mins outstanding b/ a shoulder massage is usually part of a facial anyway. The result - feeling very dissatisfied and cheated ! Finally, the treatment was very average ! Would not recommend
