The ladies at Front of House were not that great. Polite enough but generally indifirent. However, the Therapist... I want to say her name is Rosanna but I am not sure. She was great. The room downstairs was lovely at a great temperature and with nice relaxing music. The therapist made you feel at ease straight away. I had a 30 minute back massage which had exactly the right pressure applied but the real treat was the 30min facial as well as an arm massage. Apart from my skin looking great today (facial was yesterday), it was incredibily relaxing, and the arm massage was something else. I would really recommend this, defintiely worth the money, and I am look to book to go again!

I purchased this for my sister and she booked in for a 1 hour aromatherapy massage. She really enjoyed it, said it was the best massage she had ever had. The therapist was very professional and the salon was top notch.

Nice place, easy to find, staff very friendly and therapist was lovely. Good value too. Have booked again for next treatment as they were selling the same deal. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic!! Therapist was lovely! Swedish Massage was great, sooooo relaxing! The oil she used smelt great! Rest of the staff where lovely too, will defiantly be going back. The Hairdressers upstairs look good to!

I liked the place and the treatment as well and I will be coming back. It is not perfect and there is no super comfort there but it is reasonable.

Excellent treatment and therapist. Excellent venue also. This is a very convenient location if you work in the city and the hours are quite flexible. It was not too difficult to find a suitable time for the treatment also, which is sometimes a problem with these offers.

I went for the hour aromatherapy massage, it was really nice and the therapist had a good strong hand she was able to apply good pressure that was comfortable and relaxing! The whole place is really nicely decorated the room i was in was really warm and smelt amazing! Really liked it!

Th elocation is handy and easy to get to. I enjoyed the treatment and the body wrap left the skin glowing. The therapist was good as well. Only thing is I had to wait a bit initally to get started.

the staff were pleasant, however they were running 25mins late which meant that my appointment ran late and I needed to get back to work. The massage was really good.

It wasn't my first time at Glamour house, I keep returning as I really like the staff and ambience.
The facial was great, the therapist was very helpful and give me lots of good advices. The massage was OK, not the best that I've ever had but average. I definitely recommend glamour house.
