This place was absolutely amazing! The service was incredible and so was the staff. I was preparing to go out and got my hair blow dried and my friend got her her highlights and cut done and it looked beautiful! Definitely recommend visiting

The stylist gave me good advice on the shade to go for and took time to ensure my hair was coloured nicely. Hair cut was ok but I guess I only wanted a trim.

The massage was very good value for money, very relaxing and all staff were professional and friendly. The therapist explained in detail what the treatment involved and made sure she tailored it to my needs. I would definitely visit again.

I booked a facial and when I arrived, I was told that my therapist was off sick and that my appointment had to be re-scheduled. When it came to the new appointment, I called the salon in the morning to confirm my time slot and they said that they were running late. When I arrived, they were running even later. My treatment room was in the basement and the atmosphere was relaxing. My facial was ok. I was a bit disappointed because I have been here before for a facial and it was good.

I had Swedish massage in Glamour house and it was just amazing- my therapist Roxana was very attentive and experienced. I loved every minute of my massage and I would definitely recommend this place. Unfortunately Roxana is no longer working in the salon but I'm sure other therapists are probably just as good as her.

Unfortunately because Glamour House Hair and Beauty's booking system went down rather than rearrange appointments the salon decided to contact customers and provide them with a refund - which is a little disappointing as I have had treatments there before and they are reallty good. But evidently that doesn't mean you are a valued customer...

I had a deep tissue massage at Glamour House and found the therapist to be really good. She applied the right pressure and was very sensitive to certain areas which needed more focus/pressure. I felt a lot better after the massage.
I found Glamour House to be quite good in general. However, it was impossible to book using the online system as I had bought a Wahanda voucher. When I rang to make a booking, there were very limited availability. Also, the voucher stated that I had an hour's worth of massage and a £25 gift voucher - the massage only lasted 45 minutes and I wasn't given any gift vouchers. When queried, the staff had no idea about the gift vouchers.
Overall, good experience, good massage but booking and the lack of knowledge regarding vouchers were a bit of a let down.

I was really disappointed.
I bought my voucher in March 2012 and did not realise that the voucher was only valid for 3 months as Wahanda vouchers are usually valid for 6 months. I called Glamour House a week before the voucher expiry date to make an appointment but was told they were fully booked for the next 3 weeks and they had been explicitly instructed by their directors NOT to allow any extension to voucher holders.
It was my fault for not keeping a closer eye on the voucher expiry date, but I also feel that it is quite cheeky and even under-handed of the vendor to issue short 3-month vouchers when their booking period extends to as much as 3 weeks in advance. This effectively gives voucher holders only a little over 2 months to contact them for an appointment and if they miss this window, the vendor effectively 'banks' the remaining voucher proceeds and does not need to fulfill them as these voucher holder would not be able to make an appointment within the expiry period.
I feel that the vendors are aware of this anomaly and are using it to their advantage to take 'free' revenue.
I think that if your booking period is that far in advance, then the voucher period should also be longer to give customers a fairer time frame within which to use it.
