The treatment rooms were clean and relaxing and the therapist was very knowledgeable. Before my treatment she explained everything to me and during the massage she took time to concentrate on my areas of concern (very tight neck and shoulders) - I felt so much more relaxed and flexible the next day! The facial was also very good - although I had quite a lot of product on my face afterwards (I think this is because it was a hydrating facial). My skin felt really good though. Value for money was amazing - I would definitely go back!

The treatment was brilliant! I recommend anyone who hasn't had a brazilian wax before to try Glamour House. I felt so at ease and i even re-booked for another appointment.

I loved Glamour House!! The ambience is very nice, tidy and clean.
Sky, the lovely therapist was very attentive, asked me questions on my skin and habits and did an amazing Braxilian waxing and legs waxing. I was really pleased and satisfied with the overall experience. I will absolutely go back and I would strongly recommend Glamour.

The haircut was very good value for money and the stylist was very friendly. I wanted to go somewhere close to my work so I could pop along in my lunch hour and I was able to get back to my office in time!

I brought the massage and mini facial package and I'm so happy with the service I received. I was quite late for the appointment as I got lost (and forgot my glasses so I couldn't read the road signs!) and felt rotten when I got there. They were really nice when I rang up and told me to come in anyway. The massage was soooo good, just right about of pressure where it hurts a little bit but in a good way. The facial was my favourite - really lovely products used - they smelt gorgeous and my skin is really nice and soft. Can definitely see the difference in my skin, its less red and a bit glowy. Place was really clean; reception staff friendly; room set up and music were both excellent. Couldn't have asked for anything more and will definitely go back.

I would def go back there for a body wrap, the treatment was really good and the therapist was really informative and the actual treamtment and treatment room was really relaxing

Salon is so easy to find - literally right there as soon as you come out of the exit at Chancery Lane. I've been there before for a different treatment and I didn't think they'd be able to give me the amazing experience I had last time - I was wrong. The beautician - Sky had a quick chat with me about my skin, what products I use and made me feel very comfortable. The room itself is spotless and very spacious. The facial itself was 45 minutes and she was so amazing I was practically floating. She also gave me some good advice after the facial on products. Definitely going back.

The cost of the treatment was really good value and the therapist Vedia was really nice and prepared. She asked lots of questions about my skin and was happy to swap my back head & shoulder massage to a leg massage. She also gave me samples of some gel for my tired legs! I would definitely recommend going here.

I had a brazialian and lower leg waxing.
The therapist, Skye, was lovely and very professional, chatty just enough and providing advice.
I'm usually quite sensitive around the bikini area but I felt less pain than usual.
She took her time with the twizzers to bouble check all hair had gone. I left with my legs and bikini completely hair free and smooth.
The place is nice, although the floor wasn't immaculate but I was very impressed and pleased by the therapist and treatment (and I have had waxing for years).

Very disappointing customer service which I had to experience even without visiting the place. I made a booking online with plenty of availability showing few days in advance. On the day I received a call from Wahanda contacting me to advise that salon was overbooked and I will not gonna be seen. However, somebody from the salon will contact me to discuss the situation. Guess what. Nobody ever called. As a result my little treat which I was looking forward to was left unfulfilled without any alternatives. Do not see any reasons visiting Glamour House Hair and Beauty if customers are not appreciated there.
