Excellent professional care; colour spot on; imaginative advice.

I love this place and I will never go anywhere else for my colour and cut - I've been to the Fulham and Wimbledon salons as well and the service etc is just as good.
The result is always spot on and the head massage you get at the beginning is the perfect little treat.
Plus the staff are all really friendly.
Highly recommended.

Really disappointed. I booked weeks in advance for a leg and bikini wax, only to arrive on the day to find out that my reservation had been cancelled without me being informed. With only 3 days before my holiday to Malaysia and work in between this is an terrible inconvenience. I'm now forced to try to find somewhere local to my work in the city for a quick lunchtime waxing, not the experience I had in mind. Receptionist was apologetic and generally pleasant, but this does not make up for the enormous inconvenience this has caused.

I had a set of Lash Perfect eye lashes which were applied b Rebbeca.. What a lovely girl, she certainly knew what she was doing. My whole experience was wonderful and the other girls in the salon were so delightful. I will be returning and will also look at some of the other treatments which I would love to have done. The salon is really beautiful and so relaxing. Thank you Rebbeca and all of the others.

Only one word to describe - OUTSTANDING... I have visited Aveda salons all over the world and this is definetly the best! My girlfriend and i visited and we were blown away by the service. We had some great spa treatments and then my partner had a blow-dry to finish... Such ease! Loved it - 5 stars
