The salon in Parsons green is lovely and very relaxing to go too. All of the staff are friendly and the receptionist is always helpful.There text reminder service for appointments is great as i forget stuff all the time. My hair stylist Tracy is one of the best i have been to and will continue you to go to. Overall i have never had a bad visit or haircut and colour with Tracy she know's exactly what suits my hair type.

To date my best haircuts are with Dominico from this salon.

I loved the whole experience and how I got to choose my own frangranced oil for a neck message before my hair cut.

This was a great experience. The receptionist was patient and polite and made every effort to find a time that suited me. My stylist (Sivan) was fantastic as was Paula who did the complimentary head/shoulder massage and the hand massage.

Sivan took the time to discuss different hairstyles and colour and worked with me and took into account the time and effort (little to none) I do on a daily basis. She was chatty but not intrusive and really made me feel comfortable.

I am definitely going to go back and have my next appointment booked already. It is a little pricey - but definitely worth the ££.

The only thing I might suggest is more magazines to flip through while the colour sets :)

This is a very stylish well maintained salon - it looks good, it smells good.

The reception staff could be friendlier but the girl who cut my hair was very nice, light hearted and good to chat with. Unfortunately I forget her name but she was Australian I think.

I got the deal because the salon was ridiculously close to my old workplace.

The lady who did the express facial was efficient and very professional. I did get product in my eye which really hurt.

All in all i was impressed esp. with my hairstylist. Loved the results!!

good value from wahanda. Really enjoyed my head massage and haircut! Deco watch out for any new deals around. Got recommended the shampoo that they used n I loveeee the smell!!

The salon was absolutely lovely to walk into, it felt calm an relaxing immediately. We had to wait quite a long time before being offered a drink so I was glad I'd gone with someone else. Having never had a facial before I was a little nervous, but the therapist was brilliant, the facial was so relaxing and she was absolutely lovely. We then had our haircuts which were both very good. Mine has lasted well so it is obviously a good cut, but I felt it wasn't the cut best-suited to my hair, which is why I have put 4 stars not 5. Also the receptionist was not very friendly and didn't seem impressed when we handed over our vouchers, although everyone else had been fine with it. It was a beautiful salon and most of the staff were lovely too.

Terrible hair cut!!! Had to go to another salon to rectify it!! The salon smelt of damp and I was seated close to the front door, and they kept opening the front door letting in a very cold breeze. Highly unnecessary as I was one of two customers there!

I had never been to Gina Conway before for a haircut, but thanks to the Wahanda Mobdeal, I was able to enjoy a facial followed by a haircut without wincing at the cost. My facial was done by a lovely therapist who customised it to my skin type, and even though it was a brief session, it was very relaxing.
I was then lead upstairs to meet the person who would be cutting my hair. After explaining to her the style I was eager to have, I left her to it. The washing of my hair and the lovely scalp and back massage was nice, and I felt very relaxed during my haircut. However, my fringe was cut much shorter than I had asked, but I was pleased with the overall style she had done for me and the way she had blow dried it. Would go back again but this time with a picture of the cut I want

The treatments I had at Gina Conway were very enjoyable. The hair cut I had was done by a professional who chose cut which suited my personality and face characteristics.
