GI Training on Clapham Common is a great way to get fit and enjoy the outdoors. I hadn't been to a boot camp before but I really enjoy the sessions. There is a great mix of exercises with small bits of running, and I enjoy feeling out of breath and pushed to try as hard as I can. I can usually feel my muscles aching for a day or two after which I always took as a good sign of a productive workout!

Gintas is a great trainer, friendly and encouraging, and the sessions are always designed to work different parts of the body, with a lot of variation between sessions.

Definitely recommend!!

Firstly, let me start by saying that I am not a serial dieter, and I haven't attended many fitness classes. I needed to tone up so I booked 10 bootcamp classes and didn't look back.

From strength-training, cardio, intervals to boxing, GI classes are nothing short of variety and give your body an all round work out. The classes were really challenging and boosted my metabolism, the result spoke for itself. Not only did I tone up and lose weight, but my stamina has increased immensely.

Gintas is a fun and friendly instructor, who is positive and encouraging. I would happily recommend GI Training to anyone who wants to get out of the gym, challenge and get in shape.

I have attended 3 of the GI Bootcamps on Clapham common so far (I purchased a 10 class package), and having done bootcamps previously, I can confirm that this is a very good, fun workout.

Gintas the instructor is very good and friendly, and provides encouragement throughout the sessions. The hour long sessions are very well organised, ensuring that you work all areas of the body. The exercises are also varied, and include some high intensity interval training, so you remain interested and engaged throughout and really do try your hardest (you can also do the 'harder' versions of some exercises - although to date I have not been able to manage these!)!

I have now been to 3 classes and none have been the same, with varied exercises in each class. I would highly recommend this bootcamp to anyone who is looking to get fit and needs some motivation!

The Bootcamp classes with GI Training are very good. Lots of different exercises, body conditioning, and a lot of cardio. Sometimes its boxing, sometimes the focus is on a few muscles and then changing over to another group of muscles always with a lot of running involved. It is a very good workout and you genuinely feel a difference if training is regular.
Great work out will definitely do it again / continue.

I really enjoy going to GI training. We do lots of different exercises like boxing, conditioning and cardio which makes the time pass quickly and keeps it really interesting. Bootcamp is brilliant! I don't like gyms and find running in the park really boring and tend to lose motivation quite easily. Gintas is a great trainer and really motivates you to keep going when the work out gets tough.
I would recommend GI Training to anyone!

I attended my first session this week, though the cold was a bit much I was soon warmed up in the session ! Very good workout and the time flew past, great to be outdoors and away from the usual gym environment !! Can't wait to do the next session later this week !

GI training makes exercising fun! I especially like this boot camp as every session is different to the last and we do a variety of exercises. The training sessions are motivating but you are able to go at your own pace (to an extent) and don't get left behind or shouted out for not going fast enough! Although you will be encouraged to push yourself to your own limits. You will definitely notice the difference in your shape very quickly - one of the best ways to tone up and get fit!
