I visited this salon after hearing from a friend about the manager being an excellent at cutting hair, so I called into the salon to see if he was free.

He was extremely busy but had time the day after, so made the appointment and booked a colour too.

The next day I turned up for my appointment with my daughter, and was placed into a gown and taken to the station I asked for the thickness to be gone and love being a light natural blonde with various tones, he then when to organise my drink and my daughters. he returned with our drinks and the colours and got to work.

We spoke about all sorts from his experience, to my life to current affairs, in our conversation he informed me of the history of the salon and how he only started in January, and at the moment due to staffing issues he was working on his own till he finds the right people.

I have a gorgeous Alchemy Treatment at the basin after the colour, and when the cut was done and dried with loads of hight and curls, it looked AMAZING!!!!. I felt fabulous!!

Michael really pleased me listened to what I wanted and adapted everything around me and my lifestyle, looked after me all the way though the appointment, and was stunned to see him manage to do everything int he salon without help and its a big salon!! I am all booked up for my next appointment and my daughter has booked for the same time.

And am considering having some of the botox as well after seeing the results of Michael's

I have found my new hairdresser I will never go anywhere else

I visited this salon after being given a gift voucher as a Christmas present. After being with my hairdresser for years I fancied a change. Upon arrival the staff were very attentive and welcoming. I had the Salon Manager for my appointment. We had a discussion on the sofa about the colour and style that I wanted to go for. The salon uses L'Oreal products. Michael recommended an alternative version of the style as this would suit my face shape more. I was advised to have a Colour Saving treatment to keep my colour looking good for longer, and I agreed.
Michael worked his magic and made me feel very comfortable by offering refreshments and checking my colour. I was absolutely thrilled with my colour and cut, and have to say that I have not noticed any fading of colour. I am re-visiting him again this month to get my hair cut again and purchase the L'Oreal shampoo and conditioner that he recommended.

I went to this place after I'd seen their 50% off advertisement and thought - why not, £16 for a cut, you can't grumble!
You'd think, because of the blaring dance music, the place would be raving. It wasn't - it was completely empty in the middle of a Saturday afternoon with only one stylist working. I waited 20minutes for the stylist to ask me what I wanted to do with my locks - "a little trim and a fringe please!" and I was promptly escorted to the sink.
My hair was washed, then a 15minute treatment lathered through my hair which I later realised I hadn't asked for but was charged for. 35minutes since arriving and the scissors hadn't even sniffed my hair.
When I finally sat to have my hair trimmed, I was horrified to see the inches coming off and a terrible fringe put in.

The hair job was terrible, I was completely overcharged and given treatments I didn't ask for but was still charged for. The stylist used the technique that THINS hair, when my hair is already incredibly thin! I was horrified to see him do this, without telling me why or asking if I wanted it. My fringe is too short and the whole experience cost me twice what I originally wanted to pay.

I will never again go here - and recommend other's beware!!
