I cannot rate Francis Hastings highly enough. Her salon is bright and welcoming, and all the staff that I met were friendly and attentive. I had a facial with Francis herself, who made me feel at ease in the clean and comfortable treatment room. She talked me through each step which I found really helpful as I now know how to properly look after my skin at home, along with the products she recommended for me, after examining my skin and talking about my current skincare regime (or lack thereof?) As well as informative I found the experience very relaxing which was helped by the fact that Francis is extremely professional and really lovely to chat to as a bonus!
I didn't feel pressured into buying the Dermalogica products she recommended (it was more like a personalised prescription), which I appreciated, but I did buy a few and I'm so happy I did, they have made such a difference already. I am so thankful for that.
I think I may be a new regular.
