i've been going frame just before christmas and i must say it's got the best and the most choice of classes i've been to out of all the centres i've been to in london and the staff are always happy to to give you advice if you arsk and all classes are spot on i am realy into my box-fit classes at the moment as it works the whole body and and thge two guys who teach it have great music and push you 100% also the dance classes are spot on and your mad to nfeel welcome at bany level.it's about 95% ladys so if your looking to find your dream date apart from the well toned fitness guys who teach it's not for you but if your looking for a great range of classes then i don't think you'll find much better in and around london as they run all types of classes all day long.

I have been going here on and off for the last year and a half and I always keep on coming back for my fix. All the staff are lovely, as are the fellow excercisers - its just got a great vibe about it. They always are looking for new innovative classes and the timetable has a good mix of things at different times. If you want to dance like brittany, swing kettlebells like a russian or just jump up and down on mini tramps to some cool tunes this is the place for you.

Absolutely my favourite place ever - I have been doing their Frameworks class for about 2 months now and even though it was really hard in the beginning I can now keep up so my fitness levels have definitely improved. Can't beat the feeling of leaving the room afterwards!
I've also taken a beginners yoga class and will definitely be coming back for more.
Excellent choice of classes; the staff and instructors are always very friendly and helpful and the studio has a lovely non-corporate atmosphere.
I enjoy it so much that I'm contemplating becoming a member at the moment (big thumbs up for the transparency on the membership costs which you can just get from their website - wish it was so easy for other fitness studios!) but I also like the PAYG option and the top-up card with discounted class rates.

Awesome place.
I love the studios, the easygoing atmosphere and the classes I attended were fun and beneficial.
I got myself a membercard that I can top up as I go as I wanted to go for more classes.
Lovely lively place in a spot of London that I really like!

The staff were really friendly and the facilities were fine. I was meant to use the classes with some friends but unfortunately fell ill the weekend that we were booked in, so ended up using them all on my own. It was fine though, and I really enjoyed them. I would definitely go back.

This was a cute little place. It was packed with people though. The location for the dance class was clean and appropriate, except there wasn't enough space as it was packed - that was apparently their largest room. The dance instructor was very good. I found the class was full of energy and people were having fun.

Frame is a really unique dance/fitness studio. It doesn't have that super shiny, almost medicinal look that some gyms have, and it doesn't have the slightly intimidating look (that makes me wonder if I need to be a professional dancer to be there) that some dance studios have. It's really cozy and friendly: breakfasts in the morning, magazines on a communal table at reception, from what I heard, makeup people on Friday nights (no receptionist whose smile looks really fake and has too much make up on). The variety of classes is great! There are also bootcamps, courses, and one-off workshops. My favorite part is, no membership fees! You can just pay-as-you-go. And every month, there are usually some sort of deals and specials going on.
It's really easy to book on their website, if you know exactly what you want and know where to go. Sometimes it's hard to get info on some of their classes, workshops, or courses. It's not the most meticulously-maintained website, I get a lot of dead ends (http://www.moveyourframe.com/classes/body-conditioning). When I was considering signing up for a Pilates course, I had to go round and round looking for the price and how many days per week it was. I finally gave up and asked them via email, but when they responded, they just told me when the course started. I ended up just signing up for one-off classes (it was class of the month and it was cheaper that way).
Once you figure out which classes you want to take, when they are (you have to look the the schedule for the whole week to figure out when the class you want will be, the class descriptions don't usually tell you), and get some credit on your Frame card, booking your class is a snap.

I have just recently started becoming a regular attendee at Frame - amd I am so glad I found them! Not only are Pip and Joan two of the most freindly, welcoming and helpful fitness instructors/owners I have met, but the studios are warm, funky and not at all intimidating.
I have tried lots of classes, but particular favourites are Dancersize with Shaun, Jane Fonda with Leila and Energise Aerobics with Diana (the hardest class I have ever taken!) I have just started the Vibe 4 -week bootcamp which is a great deal. In fact, they have lots of good offers to keep you interested!
The changing rooms are great (love the straighteners!) Overall, I love this place so much I am giving up my traditional gym membership and getting on board here!!

Sounds great, have looked on their website and think I may give it a go!
This new dance and fitness studio has covered all bases, with a brilliant array of classes and courses, (including burlesque, vibe ride and learning west end show dances), great showering facilties, a breakfast bar, and a team to get you ready for a night out on a Thurs and Fri. The building is contemporary and has a really cosy feeling and it's somewhere I'd like to spend more time in, if only it were closer to home! Please open another one south of the river, girls from Frame!

I was lucky enough to go along for a free morning launch event at Frame with some work colleagues. Frame is pretty hard to find if you don't know the area very well - we walked around in a few too many circles before finally finding the side street it's on, as there was building work going on nearby.
Located in some arches, the venue is nice and airy and the arches throughout give it a quirky feel. They have a self-service breakfast available for early morning workouts which is a really nice touch, plus on Thursday and Friday nights they have makeup and hair teams there so you can do a class then get spruced up for a night out (which you're perfectly located for!). The changing rooms are quite small, but have a large mirror and four shower cublicles with products available so you can leave feeling fresh.
To start off we tried their signature class, Framework, which is a body conditioning type of class with some ballet-like poses thrown in. This was in a small room where only five or six people could fit in to do it, so you don't get lost and are able to see what the instructor is doing. It's a great class for toning and stretching the muscles and I could definitely feel it working even though it was a short half hour session.
Next we tried out the Lindyhop, which was great fun! It helps to go as a group as you need to pair up for partner work, but the instructor had us rotating round so you danced with everyone, making it more enjoyable. The instructor was helpful but as it was a taster session he couldn't go over the steps too much, so it probably helps to be a quick learner.
Overall the vibe of the place was fun and friendly, and they've clearly thought everything through, from breakfast to make up touch-ups and complimentary towels. They have a good range of classes such as burlesque, ballroom dancing and pilates (which they have machines for in a separate room), and they even do hen parties so you can have a giggle and try something new for a fun night out. I was also pleased to hear there are no membership fees, you just top up your Frame card, choose a class and book in. I'll definitely be going back!

ah it might be because the event was a free taster session that they were complimentary... useful that they have them though!

I have to admit I haven't been back yet purely because of the location - it's a big detour for me as I live in the south east. However, I am planning on going along soon for a couple of classes as they've started doing dance classes based on music videos (such as Beyonce) and they may have one based on Glee coming up... will report back if I go!

Are there any more places like this, as it sounds like good fun as well as exercise.

I haven't found anywhere as eclectic as Frame yet, but LA Fitness and Virgin Active do some great classes - we saw LA Fitness at the Vitality Show and they are offering Strictly Come Dancing classes now. I think it depends what you're after but if you want the full range of fun classes Frame is the place!
