Powerplates felt really good, The wahanda deal makes them such good value. The staff were friendly and always asked what parts of the body you want to work on and tailor the time to do the most that will benefit those areas you want to work on.
The staff really pushed me but in a good way, really felt the benefits and would recommend it to anyone.

I signed up with a friend for 3 power plate sessions. I had used power plate before but I was very impressed with the the staff at fitness for everybody. They used great techniques and I really felt that I had worked out hard. Much more then when I previously used power plates. The trainers were really good at making sure we were doing the exercises right and we were comfortable. If they were a bot closer to my work I would be rempted to sign up for a course with them!

This was the first time I'd used the powerplate machine and whilst it look some getting used to, I certainly felt that I was using my muscles in ways that conventional exercise doesn't permit. I really liked the place and the friendliness of the tutors.

I bought the MobDeal for three sessions of power plates for £10, which I thought was a great deal as power plates are notoriously expensive. I hadn't heard of the venue before but it was pretty easy to find and is right on my way home so perfect location for me and my friend.

Booking in was easy, a quick email and we were in for the next night at half seven. We got there in plenty of time to get changed and so saw the class before us while we waited and got a good idea of what we were letting ourselves in for. Everyone seemed to know each other and get on well with plenty of chatter going on in the small room.

The venue is literally a room in the basement of this non-descript building, with four power plates in it and a few other bits of equipment. Sectioned off is a small changing area with lockers - a bit basic with not even a ladies or gents to be seen but for such a small venue it's all you really need. Jane also admitted to being obsessive about cleanliness which is always good to know! Jane was running the classes and she brings the place to life - chatty, bubbly and friendly she put us at ease right away, had us fill out a quick medical form and then we were ready to go with just the three of us in the class.

The classes are only 20 minutes long and so I wasn't expecting it to be too hard, having done power plates before. The best thing about this session was something I have never had elsewhere - Jane asked us what we wanted to work on. Most places just make presumptions and continue to do the usual squats and crunches but Jane asked us what parts of the body we wanted to work and we all said legs bums and tums.

It may have only been twenty minutes but it was hard work! The killer exercise was the use of straps to pull backwards, something sure to eradicate bingo wings, and another odd one where you tie the strap around your legs and then resist against it while on the plate. I liked that Jane had other equipment to use on the plate - it made it different and I found the stomach crunches much comfier (but also tougher!) using her discs (not sure what they're actually called).

I measure classes by how much I smile during it and how I feel the next day. Jane was so encouraging and friendly that the class was enjoyable and two days later my muscles were still aching. Can't wait to go back next week!

I can't recommend Fitness For Every Body highly enough. Jane and the rest of the staff are so friendly and professional and the personal attention is second to none. I had never tried power plate training (or yogavibes) before but the trainers were so fantastic that I felt at ease the whole time. I will definitely be going back.

It's a very small studio, without showering or bathroom facilities. But the training staff are great - very friendly, helpful and motivating - and I'm hooked on Power Plate already!
If you prefer to work out in fancy surroundings, with plush showers and gorgeous-looking people surrounding you, plus pumping music and tonnes of equipment, then don't bother. But if you're looking for a small, friendly place where the staff take the time to get to know you and help you achieve what you want, then try it out!

I really enjoyed my classes at Fitness For Everybody. The girls are great, a good laugh and at the same time they work you well to get great results. The day after my first visit, i felt like i had climbed a mountain, not been for a 30min powerplate session, a great workout and overall great experience.

First time on the powerplates for me and It was a very interesting experience, a strange feeling but the powerplates make your muscles work hard and you can feel it! along with the strange feeling all over - but at the end of just 20mins, i felt like i had had a full body workout and the trainer was fantastic.

I loved the instructor's enthusiasm but the location was out of the way and in a basement. I have done powerplates before at a different studio before and felt that the classes here did not work hard enough - I was hardly sore the following day. The changing facilities were modest byt offered no privacy, a concern especially as I had to change bras.
