Fitness For Every Body - Powerplates and personal training studio was originally set up 5 years ago by myself Jane Dowling. I am a highly qualified fitness professional and I have worked in the fitness industry for 13 years. I am extremely passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
I have worked in an assortment of settings with a wide variety of clients. This diversity has helped me understand the needs of different people from sports men and women, those with clinical needs, celebrities and those who want to improve general fitness. Because of my background and contacts in the industry I have been able to build a fantastic team who are as passionate about delivering great results with the same high standard of teaching as myself.
The Studio opened in January 2007 and we are going from strength to strength and diversifying. I am now regularly contributing fitness advice to various magazines and acting as Health and Fitness Advisor for The City Magazine Run Wild Media website.

Our location is very central just a few minutes by tube from Canary Wharf and just south of the river from the City in between London and Tower Bridge. Just 5 minutes walk from Tooley Street.
The facilities were great. The staff was really welcoming.
The workout was great, plus got a leg massage on the power plate at the end. We worked all the muscles, from legs to arms and abs and buttock.
The atmosphere was friendly, my trainer asked me what parts of my body I wanted to focus on and tailored the work out.
The next 2 days I could still feel the stiffness in my muscles.
They have great programmes and the one-2-one session is a real bonus!
