This gym WILL rip you off! Do not become a member.



The staff at this gym and fitness first in general, are incompetent. I have tried to cancel my contract several times and they have still not done it and are taking money from my account. I have complained to head office and they have not taken my complaint seriously or compensated me in any way.



The classes are overcrowded. You have to get to the studios 30 minutes before a class to ensure you can get equipment or secure some space. There is no air conditioning in the spinning room resulting it in it absolutely stinking during the class. The machines aren't cleaned so you are essentially sitting/lying on someone else’s body fluid.



I would deter anyone from joining this gym, unless you don't want to use it and you want to be ripped off!

I bought the £5 for 5 fitness classes for Fitness First through Wahanda and it was even better than I imagined. I went to Fitness First Moston. The person on reception was very helpful and ran through all the classes and was a mine of information. The classes were tough but you were allowed to work at your own pace and all the staff involved were helpful and friendly. Overall, a great experience.
