I attended the Zumba classes at this Women's Fitness First. The classes were good and fun, although it was annoying that you had to come to the class 30 minutes before the class to guarantee a place at the Zumba class. They did not take any online or telephone bookings. The staff were a bit pushy in getting you to buy membership when the gym induction happened. Zumba teacher was great!

Great please to exercise and relax.
Fitness instructors are well qualified, attentive and dedicated. They help you to make the most of your time and make the classes fun! I can not praise enough Nikki who is the best ever Pilates instructor!

The gym is small compared to some I have visited, however it is reasonably equipped with range of workout equipment. I paid £5 for a five day pass which allowed me full use of gym equipment, an exercise class and use of the sauna. There is only one Powerplate but on the weekday that I visited I seemed to be the only one using it so 'one' wasn't a problem. Staff are friendly enough and there is a feel of 'everyone working at their own pace without a competitve vibe going on'. I attended the Body Pump class which is a good all over workout using weights, you achieve a good sweat and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a 20-30 minutes steam to end my exercise session and felt good for the rest of the day. I am not a gym person so I'm unlikely to sign up for membership. If the deal runs again I would definitely make use it and would probably stick with Crouch End Women Only as it offers everything I need. I might try another class just for variety.
