I really enjoyed this workout. It was great fun (if you can even say that about a work out) and really really worked you. Every session was different, which stops you from getting bored and is the best way to burn fat and tone up.
Great value for money too, would definitely recommend it.

We have really enjoyed Murat’s fitness classes. He allows you to go at your own pace yet pushes you to try to do more. It’s non-military so there’s no shouting! I'm also a member of a gym but much prefer to do these classes, especially in the summer. I would definitely recommend trying it out!

I have really enjoyed the training with Murat, I am half way through and so far it has been challenging and fun all at the same time and you get a good workout everytime. Murat makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly and you are working within your own ability level. I am definitely going to sign up for another course and I would recommend it for everyone no matter what your fitness level, you will see a big difference very quickly.

I decided in a crazy moment to book this boot-camp for my boyfriend and me. Previous to this boot-camp I rarely did any exercise, only the occasional leisurely bike-ride. I arrived for my first session, a little reluctant, what had I let myself in for. However I am an surprised to say I really love it! I have been to two sessions, they are hard work and I ache after them, but I get so much enjoyment out of them. I feel completely safe in Murat's hands, he clearly is well trained and knows how far to push each and one of us. Each session has been a mixture of different exercises, which keeps it interesting. Murat makes the sessions accessible for people at all levels. I will defiantly be signing up for more sessions.

Sounds like it is a great bootcamp! What kind of exercises did you have to do and can you take it at your own pace?

In overall it was ok, the only dropdown was that I have phoned and emailed them with my request, enquiring a place for the weekend coming, (the week I phoned), after having spoken to someone and received conformation there would be an availability. I have received a response 2 weeks after I contacted them. Me and a friend decided to go anyway. Staff is very friendly and pleasant, the workout is good, it is hard for some one who has not done too much training but it is fine. Weather conditions could be a bit of a trouble.

Fit in Fitness with Murat is brilliant. He makes you work really hard and outside your comfort zone but while having a laugh too! I can notice the difference in that I'm more toned and feel stronger! I really enjoyed it and will be signing up for the next 4 weeks!

Incredibly hard work but in an encouraging and supportive environment. Murat really pushes you to your limit but also lets you set your own pace. I've never done a Bootcamp before but have really enjoyed it so far and would definitely recommend to friends.

My first visit was for a free trial, which I enjoy immensely. I have now signed up for 4 weeks and I am thoroughly enjoying it. Murat is fun, but very professionally. He pushes you as he wants you to do your best.

I joined Murat for his fitinftiness Cardio training in London Fields. I was a little apprehensive before commencing my training but there was no reason to be. Murat is very personable, has great knowledge of exercising techniques, encourages, helps and corrects your posture throughout the training to ensure that you get the most out of the training. All the (mainly) girlies in my group are really lovely and everyone has different fitness levels. I will definitely carry on with this training once my sessions have been completed.
