Write A ReviewThe instructor was really enthusiastic, aimed to push you but also took in to consideration each individual's fitness levels and abilities. There were 20 participants who all got involved and it was a really good atmosphere.

Really good work out and great to be outdoors and get some fresh air. The group works well together so you can easily go on your own and it doesnt matter how fit you are already, this caters for levels!
The coach was really encouraging as well, he knew how to keep morale up even when you were swore and had had enough - would definitely recommend this as an alternative overall workout to going to the gym and this does work your whole body!

Really good fun. The guy who ran it had a good attitude and was very encouraging. Would recommend this to my friends. All over body workout, the more you put in the more you get out.

I am now into my 3rd weekend of bootcamp at Highbury Fields and i have been very impressed thus far. On my first session i was the only person to turn up and for the first 15mins so it was a 121 session. Then another girl joined and the first weekend was brilliant but hard work - some running in between squats, lunges, plank, side plank, press ups, crunches, you name it we did it. I particularly love the boxing. I was really sore the first weekend and think it was a hard weekend since i have not seen the other girl since. The last 2 weekends have stepped up a gear and there are now some regulars, however no two classes are the same and we are always kept guessing as to what is coming next....I hate running but am slowly getting better at it!!. Class sizes range from 2 to a max of 6 people so it is good to have a small class with a mix range of abilities although I feel the exercises can be adapted to all abilities and with a bit running thrown in ensures your heart rate is kept high throughout. I find Murat, our trainer and owner of Fit in Fitness to be excellent, very knowledge and supportive. He corrects your technique and explains the benefit of the exercises and provides encouragement - no one shouts at you like some other bootcamps i could mention. A great way to get fit for summer and make new friends...nothing beats training outdoors and Highbury Fields is a great outdoors space in trendy Islington.
