more »Fighting Fit's agenda is to provide affordable, enjoyable and highly effective fitness and martial arts training for anyone, regardless of age, sex or current fitness levels.
What makes us different is that we do not rely on lots of glossy gym machinery, the latest fads, repetitive classes or static bikes and running machines. All our training is based around free weights, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. Our methods burn fat, improve posture, tone muscles and push your fitness levels through the roof.
Our other uniqe selling point is that you only pay for the time you use! Classes start from as little as £5.00 so you can dip in and out as and when you wish. Ideal for people visiting Manchester for short periods or for members of other gyms who wish to add some variety to their training routines. If you do want to train with us regularly we also offer monthly payment options.
All instructors are CRB checked and we are part of Salford City Council's Salford Sports Network.
