I have been coming to Eyelink for almost 6 years and James (he seems to be the head guy and also the Optometrist) is always pleasant and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. I have purchased two pair of frames and actual glasses lenses from them, and all of my toric, high astigmatism contact lenses.
If i have not been satisfied for any reason, James always lets me come in, and he fixes the situation without ever charging me extra or making me feel guilty :-) A true gentleman. And when I had some issues with "floating spots" in my eyes, he referred me to a specialist who was fantastic, and James has also referred me to laser eye surgeons, which is very kind given that he is potentially eliminating a client.
And I like the fact that there is a Japanese Canteen next door, so I always pick up a nice lunch after my eye examination.
The examination rooms are downstairs - nothing flashy, but very up to date, friendly and spot on. Highly recommend this little business.
