I attended a meditation workshop/retreat at Evolve recently and I must say the experience was great. I have rubbish sense of direction so when I got lost in South Kensington I called reception and the instructions were perfect so I made it to the venue on time.

The building is in beautiful surroundings within quiet mews and the colour scheme is harmonious and calming. The seminar room where we did the meditation had some quirky murals depicting a kitchen and garden which I thought was original and refreshing.

I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the beautiful facilities and the comprehensive programme of yoga, meditation and alternative therapies.

The Evolve wellness centre is top of the class. The staff were very efficient and helpful and yoga instructors for both classes were amazing and despite being a beginner I was made to feel welcome and received help when needed. I highly recommend it and plan to return for more classes.

I really enjoyed my visits to Evolve, particularly Tues night Hatha. I found the teachers to be experienced, creative and welcoming. The rooms are lovely, there are lockers in the changeroom and a bike rack out the front which all combine to make attending classes a breeze.

This venue is lovely, uplifting and personal. Both teachers I took classes from were excellent and very hands on. I will continue taking their classes as well as attending some of evolves lectures and events. The two I attended were very worthwhile. A great place when you need to be a bit nurtured.

It's a perfect santuary hidden in a quiet neighbourhood. Atmosphere is calm
and relaxing. Instructors are professional and experienced. Size of the studio is good enough to accommodate at least 10 people. Like the water with cucumber as it is very refreshing after yoga session. The changing room is small with no shower facility, separate toilet. Clean and bright.

I love this place, it is amazing. If you like yoga and smiles then do pay a visit. The classes are of a consistently high standard and I always leave feeling relaxed. The tea and cucumber water on offer are nice touches too. I would ask for more Sat and Sun classes though.

I highly recommend Evolve - it's certainly my favourite studio in town. As a dedicated yogi, I've searched London for a centre that offers a challenging and dynamic style of yoga (be it power, ashtanga, vinyasa, etc), convenient class hours/lengths, aesthetically pleasing facilities and a balanced environment in which to practice. Evolve has all of these things....add on its amazing location, experienced teachers, online booking options for ease and assurance you can get a mat and voila. Fabulous yoga studio and a tip-top rating from a very picky yogini!

Fantastic teachers and clean, comfortable venue that is a short deistance from the tube station. The teachers have been doing yoga for years and the instruction is much better than most gyms.

So far, I've tried Iyengar and I'm happy to come back again, I won't be returning to the hatha class. The style of teaching is just not suitable for me. I'll be trying to come to the Iyengar again though.

Its simple the voucher advertised pilates so my wife and i both bought vouchers. Once booked we contacted the centre and it turns out they only run 2 sessions a week, and one of these sessions runs mid-day. So in short the voucher was useless as both of us worked and the time offerings were no good.

Its been a waste of money for us, dont buy these vouchers unless your going to do Yoga, thats the bottom line, they seem to run many many many yoga classes, though not much else.

And yes we did contact the venue and ask for additional classes, though they said thats all that was running for the duration of the vouchers.....
