Enjoyed the facial and massage package at Etrily. Located on quiet residential area near Earls Court and had a lovely clean and fresh reception. Met therapist and was directed to treatment room where I got dressed into a robe and had a consultation to determine problem areas. Had a 45 min massage focussed on the back area as requested and a very relaxing facial cleanse and facial massage with warm aromatherapy oils. The place didnt have much in terms of facilities (eg sauna, steam room) compared to a conventional spa, but the package was excellent value for money and its perfect for a little pampering after work!

The staff is certainly very friendly. I had two treatments. The first one that is conducted by the owner of the salon. You can see that she love her job and is trying to do a great job. I asked for Brazilian though she recommended hollywood. I thought Brazilian is to get rid of all hairs? But she said it is the other way round. Anyway. It comes with a 10 extra charge. When I went and did my leg. It is another lady that did it for me. Dont think she is that thrilled. She is just there to do her job. Haha. Over all, it is okay.

I followed advice from this website and booked waxing with Etrily herself just before going on holiday. On the day of the treatment they rang me to say that Etrily is sick and I was offered another therapist or an alternative day. As I was flying the following day I had to settle for an alternative therapist. Oh boy did she make me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. It was like she was scared to touch me which made me feel really self-conscious. The waxing itself was ok, a bit wonky. Not only I had to hold the skin myself I also had to apply the post waxing cream myself. This is not what I'm used to with my regular waxing lady. I will try Etrily for my next treatment but otherwise will NEVER go there again.

Amazing!!!! The place was nice and definitely tidy. Loved the staff there, ever so professional. As to the therapist I was so positively surprised. She does know her staff for sure. During the treatment (bikini waxing) she was very patient, understanding and gentle. Loved the fact that the therapist after the waxing thread all the unwanted hair, through the whole treatment used organic products (which she makes herself and they work beautifully), had plenty of tips and advises. I am well fussy person and had waxing done plenty of time but after the treatment in Etrily Beauty Health and Wellbeing Boutique for the first time had no reason to use tweezers, the skin wasn’t irritated and no wax left on my skin. The outcome pleased myself and fulfill my expectations in 100%; Ieft the place with a big smile on my face even though the treatment is not that pleasant in itself. Recommend!!!

It was a nice looking salon very clean and pretty with friendly staff. My therapist was very friendly but the waxing took three hours for a bikini and half leg it was really painfull and she went over the same places over and over so I left with wax still stuck to me and a few burnt paches. She had her own wax so not sure if it was the wax that didnt work very well but I have never gone through so much agony.

Oh no!! I was looking forward to this treatment, escpecially since I had a beach holiday scheduled and I wanted to look great.

The waxing was painful to say the least. They used what looked to me like a gluestick and it was luke warm, hence the pain- and I opted for a brazillian.....

Not only was it painful, it was so badly done that following a visit to my regular therapist she shook her haid and said that somebody had done a messy job.... I won't ever go back- not even if it's free of charge!

This was a very useful experience- especially as I have recently moved to the area. The wax has lasted me for weeks which is great...by far the most thorough and speediest therapist I have ever had... She did both leg and bikinin in under 20 mins!

I had full body waxing here before a trip last bank holiday weekend. It was the least painful wax I have ever experienced. I also usually get rashes and sensitivity after waxing, but did not experience anything like that on this occasion. The wax was made by the therapist and was chemical free - which is probably why my skin reacted so well.

I decided to go to Etrily as it is not far from where I live and the mobdeal for two waxing treatments enticed me to give it a try. Unfortunately I have to say that this was the absolute worst brazilian I have ever had in London!
The therapist was very pleasant but English was not her first language, the waxing was incredibly uneven and not even done to a proper Brazillian standard. I had to ask her to even it slightly but she didn't understand me and I guess made an attempt to tidy it up. All in all I coud have done a better job myself at home with my own hot wax and in fact ended up tiding it up myself when I got home. I am annoyed at having paid for two treatments as I really do not want to go back there.

The fact that a roll on wax is used on intimate areas is also very off putting.
