I have created Essential Spa in order to combine holistic well being with clinically developed treatments designed to target your specific concerns, whether these are muscular aches and pains, concerns about ageing or an interest in detoxification

My background in the spa industry includes almost 15 years in the health, leisure and beauty trade. With 10 years based internationally on luxury cruise liners and in the US, I practised treatments such as facials, massages, body scrubs, and detox wraps, acquiring knowledge and experience in the latest and most innovative practises.

I have also managed on board ship spas and health centres, where I selected from a broad range of products and treatments to offer the most effective practices to recommend to guests. Now I have begun my own spa I am applying my knowledge to offer the most enjoyable and beneficial experience to my own clients.
