I have been going to Epitome for quite a few years and wouldn't try anywhere else now. Over the years Emma has really helped me make a difference to my skin with tips, products and treatments. i feel confident that Epitome is helping me look after myself the best way I can.

Epitome is a wonderful experience!! You're always greeted with a smile & the salon is always very clean.
Therapist Emma is lovely & always very keen & also knowledgable about any treatments.
I always look forward to going in & having 'me' time.

I have been going to Epitome since it opened in 2004, I regularly visit the salon and have probably had most of the treatments on offer. Rebecca and all the staff present a very warm and inviting atmosphere. All the staff and my therapist Emma always have a friendly smile and go above and beyond their roles to make everyone feel extremely welcome and comfortable. The knowledge of the wide range of treatments and products is exceptional .

I always feel extremely pampered during the treatments and I always leave the salon with a calm mind, totally relaxed and refreshed.

The awards that they have been winning are extremely well deserved but only go a small way to show what a wonderful company Rebecca and her team have established over the years and are constently developing.

Everything about Epitome is fantastic, it is a lovely place to just relax and get pampered, treatments are fantastic and staff are friendly and helpful. I have been going here for over 2 years and it never disappoints. They do a fantastic loyalty card deal which is great for me and saves me money! Alison is a great beauty therapist and a lovely person always making you relaxed and valued as a customer. Thank you to all and can't wait for my next visit in September.

I've been to Epitome quite a few times and i love it there.... I live in Borehamwood and it's great to know that i have a great Beauty Salon near-by thats easy to get too and easy to park near! i always see Emma who does all my treatments! After one visit you will see why Epitome is an award winning salon!
All the staff are very proffesional and are always friendly. It's definately the place to be to feel like a million dollars!!

i have been recommended to epitome by a few friends, and last week i had some time off. i chose to go and pamper myself for the afternoon. i was so happy and relaxed when i left. my theropist Emma looked after me so well, and was extremley professional and friendly. i will deffinatly be re-visiting and recommending the salon to everyone i know!!!

I LOVE this place! I first went with a friend pre holiday and we both had Guniot facials. I have had them before at other salons but was recommended to Epitome by a colleague and I had only ever heard good reports about it. I had a great facial, the therapist was confident and explained what she was doing throughout the treatment. My skin is very temperamental but she was able to devise a plan to bring my outbreaks under control with treatments with her and by using some products at home. The salon is really comfortable, and I was really impressed with the impeccable standards of hygeine. I can see why it is winning awards, and is the leading salon in the area. My first visit was faultless and those since have been just as good if not better. Epitome is a very well kept secret, a real first class salon and I would not consider going anywhere else now. Rebecca and her team are amazing, well done to you all.

I have not been to many salons before but when I visited Alison at Epitome I loved every moment. The staff greeted me straight away. They were lovely and welcoming. My treatments were both with Alison, who is very lovely, professional and made me feel at ease. I have been back for many more treatments since and highly recommend the salon. I have met Rebecca the owner and am proud that she has won Business Woman of the Year, thoroughly deserved. I hope Epitome can retain their title as Best Beauty Salon.

I've been a regular user of Epitome for several years now. I usually have Emma performing the treatments - she is a great therapist, very knowledgable and extremely friendly and helpful.

I've been to many salons over the years but find Epitome to be the most friendly, professional and customer focused that I've experienced. The therapists never leave you during a treatment and always perform mini-treatments such as head massages after they apply a face mask or an eye mask during a pedicure.

Overall a great salon which I would highly recomend!

I first went to Epitome in september 2008 and I would highly recommend a visit,Rebecca and all the staff were wonderful and made me feel so welcome.I have been elsewhere in the past and have always been made to feel inferior in my surroundings,Epitome is warm,welcoming and a delightful place to visit,I would not go anywhere else again,this salon has won me over.
