We offer a wide range of specialty programs from kids to seniors including youth fitness programs, performance programs for athletes, senior programs, weight management and special populations programs.
Elmwood is staffed by the most educated and experienced professionals in the field. You won't find another club that offers more expert and friendly service than Elmwood. Everyone on the Elmwood staff is CPR certified.
We offer month-to-month memberships with no long-term contracts. Members also have the ability to put memberships on "hold" for medical and personal reasons. We have four convenient locations throughout the New Orleans area - our main club in Harahan, Downtown in One Shell Square, Heritage Plaza on Veterans Boulevard, and our newest location in Kenner attached to Ochsner Hospital on Loyola Drive.
