Please keep in mind that the pool area is not attended. Children must be accompanied by parents or guardians who take full responsibility for their safety.
I was in Tallinn for the weekend for a wedding and decided to advance book myself in for the Elemis Absolute Spa Ritual, which supposedly is designed for men. I arrived to the spa already in my bathrobe from my room, and I was given a key for the locker and a pair of paper underpants to put on, after I was asked to fill in a short questionnaire.
My therapist was very friendly and introduced herself. Like the treatment description I have added below, the therapist cleaned my feet with warm lime scented towels, gave me a brushing which she said was good for lymphatic drainage, and proceeded to give me a massage. The deep tissue massage was nice, but the table itself was a bit uncomfortable for me - it was a bit small, and the cushioning for the face area as you are face down was not adequate, so my chin, and neck were a bit stiff & hurting - I had to continually readjust my face. The last massage I had at the Kempinski hotel in Budapest had the most luxuriously soft and billowy massage table, so maybe I was spoiled. I definitely fell asleep at various points during my 2 hour treatment, and the highlight was the Facial. I really think the therapist did a fantastic job and my skin looked great afterwards.
At the end she gave me some written product suggestions in a very low-pressure sell, which I appreciated. I think the treatment was great value and I would highly recommend the "ritual" as it left me utterly relaxed and ready for the evening ahead!
The email description of the treatment I received from the spa is below:
