I bought two kgbdeal vouchers for this place. Wish I hadnt bothered. I booked for the 12th October then had to cancel due to work. They said they didnt receive the voicemail and that I couldnt use the vouchers. Very unaccomodating staff, very demeaning attitude, I dont think this business will be successful as people are not being valued and given a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Do not go here. Why have a voicemail if you dont use it properly!!!

We had a marvellous afternoon at the Elements Spa, greeted by a friendly recepionist she showed us around the hydro spa and gave clear instructions about the sauna/steam cabinet and the hydro pool.
Everywhere was spotless, towels and robes nice and fluffy.
We spent a lovely couple of hours in there, then we went for our treatments - contrary to previous reviews we found the staff polite, warm and totally professional. The back exfoliation treatment was wonderful, and believe me I have had a lot of spa treatments in my time, thank you Rachel.
I would totally recommend this spa for a girly get together, Mum and daughter treat or a couples time out.

I had a therapeutic full body massage, I chose the stress relief treatment. The venue was really nice, the staff were nice and friendly, and I felt comfortable throughout my treatment. I felt thoroughly relaxed and refreshed after the treatment and would definately reccomend this spa. I will be returning again soon, and would love to use the huge spa tub! It looked lovely!!
The prices are very reasonable and they have a wide range of treatments and packages availiable.

If i could i would give this a 0 rating - this salon is the rudest place i have ever been to the staff were unhelpful and unkind i felt uncomfortable and did not enjoy my time at all. The was also a dispute over teh price as they OVERCHARGED!!!! Do not buy any gift vouchers my friend got one as a gift and they said after 12 weeks it had expired and they would not give her anything in return! it was only out of date by 2 weeks. Totally appauling!

I have been going to Elements Spa Since its opening In 2001. As i live nearby and have always recieved Gift Voucher for special occasions from family & Friends. Over the years i have had all Treatments listed on the current price lists and have been extremely satisfied with ever service recieved.
I was browsing online to purchase a gift voucher for a friend who lives else where, i happened to notice Elements Spa was on this website and takes wahanda vouchers. I was very suprised to see the previous review as i have too had the indian head massage sat up and i much prefer this method as the whole of the head neck and shoulder is covered as when i have been else where and laid down i have been disappointed as the nape of the neck and back of scalp is always missed.
Over these years i have introduced many family, friend & collegues to Elements Spa and never recieved negative feedback. The Family run buisness has an extremely good reputation in the local area and provides a warm welcome every visit.

I had an awful experience here. I had just suffered a miscarriage and wanted cheering up so my husband paid for us to have massages. I had a head massage and my husband had a full body massage. We were in the same room.
I was told to sit in a chair for the treatment, which I found odd as I have always been seated for these treatments (I am a spa junkie!) and they put so much oil on my head, the oil was dripping down on my face. Also, they were pushing down hard on my head and it really hurt my back. I complained and nothing was done about it. They were very defensive and said this is how they always do them and people love them.
My friend once went there too and has had athletes foot ever since!
