The food at lunch is fabulous, with lots of choice and good sized portions (plus not limited to extra-healthy options, which is nice for an indulgent treat!)
A huge selection of treatments and the basic spa day is good value when booking treatments individually to make up your experience. The massage chairs are a must do, plus the wet spa area has lots of choice for swimming, sauna, steam and plunge. The hydrotherapy experience showers / pools are also a nice way to spend some time.
Treatments I have personally experienced are the salt body scrub - effective but very rushed; elemis prescription facial - lovely and relaxing; luxury spa pedicure - nice long treatment with a mini nail polish to take away; luxury spa manicure - gorgeous hand and arm massage included!
I have taken part in classes but generally, we have been happy to relax, swim, sauna and lunch with maybe one (max 2) treatments fitted in as well. It is possible to stay over at Hoar Cross Hall, but the spa facilities and treatment areas are entirely separate so the day spa feels nicely secluded and not overly-busy.
I would definitely recommend!
