Very impressive facilities (lots of space, everything is clean and new). The changing rooms, treatment rooms and public areas are all high standard. I had a swedish massage which was good, although not cheap so something more for an occasional treat than a regular thing.

I recently visited the East River Spa on a girlie day out with a few of my university friends.
I found the spa to be in an amazing position with a remarkable view from the relaxation room.
The treatments were amazing in the sense that the therapists knew eaxctly how to handle my sunburnt back (that...

I have been here a few times in the past and must say the standards have dropped in regards to the massag treatments. Me and my partner had our mud treatment which was fine as you have to do it yourselves. But the massage were terrible. My therapist Emily was lovely, but had not clue how to give a...

The spa was perfect for a day to unwind and relax. Changing rooms and the wet facilities area were clean and inviting. The staff were really nice, friendly and considerate. Filling are glasses whenever we emptied them. The music made us laugh as some tracks sounded very depressing. The highlight...

The jet spray water in the steam room kept changing temperature where at some points it was too hot and I had to jump out. The best room was the relaxing room with a beautiful view of the O2. I spend hrs there and easily feel asleep

Stone Massage Therapy

I went for a hot stone massage and was somewhat the following day as I was carrying a lot of tension but I can highly recommend this spa as the therapist was very competent and the spa oozes relaxation.

Swedish Massage

If you live or work in the Canary Wharf area then this could be a great place for you. Its a clean, spacious, contemporary spa and gym with excellent treatments. I was impressed but the quality of the facilities and the size of the treatment rooms -- you won't get this in central london.

Since it opened last November, East River Spa has been preening frazzled city workers who live and work in London's surrounding Docklands with its express "pick-me-up" treatments. The spa's relaxation room has great views over a sweeping bend in the...
