i love the ambience - very quiet and soothing, and the staff is professional. The treatment rooms are larger than most spas in London, and overall, it felt like a lot of attention had been paid to details. Also, the massages here are amazing! I think the half hour massage is a great value, and the perfect cure for a late night out.
The pedicure was disappointing. It was done in a normal spa chair, not a pedicure chair, and I felt like it was basically just a glorified polish change, and not that different from what I could have done at home.
