I went to drspafish with my sister then my daughter bought me a thirty pound gift card for my birthday in October when i went to use it in Basildon Essex it was closed and since then i have not been able to get in touch with anyone can you please help.

i bought a package in the summer too. the one in staines closed overnight and was cleared oiut at the same time. seems as if they are gone and we have lost our money

My son and his girlfriend purchased two gift cards for treatment for me for christmas but the shop in Norwich closed before I could use them. No refund available, no contact available. Poor show, disappointed teenagers and out of pocket too. Hope Dr Spafish enjoyed xmas.

I also had the same trouble with the shop in Clapton square Liverpool and also lost out on a £20 gift card myself :( Very disappointed.
