I had booked in for the facial and massage package, which had included a skin test assessment in the package description but the machine was broken at the time.

The therapist was called Laura I think, tallest lady there. She noted where I mentioned I had issues and really helped my stiff shoulders, always asking if the pressure was ok.
The facial worked wonders and had not felt so perfectly pampered in a long time.

I was so happy with the treatment I re-booked with my sister but Laura wasn't working that day and instead I had the same treatments with another lady who didn't really help with my back muscle tensions or take note when I asked for more pressure. The facial was even more relaxing this time round though and sent me to sleep.

Based on the second visit, which also started late and finished early, I re-book this time as I didn't think the second time cost the monies worth. But my sister really enjoyed the treatments as well with a different therapist.

The place was easy to get to and booking was not too difficult. There was some minor problem on the day and time but it worked out in the end. The treatment was excellent. It left the skin soft and wonderful. Overall an excellent experience. Recommended!!

I enjoyed the wrap experience at Dove spa South Wimbledon, the staff were friendly and on time. The room was comfortable, warm and the wrap itself included a massage and facial. The smell and texture of the products was really soothing and made my skin feel soft and clean. I would definitely recommend a visit!

Had another great treatment. Started with full body exfoliation using peppermint oil which feels tingly and is very soothing. Then wrapped in towels and blankets to heat the body up. I did question why they no longer used the foil to wrap the body (which I actually prefer) and was informed that it was a cost issue. Nevertheless the effect was nearly as good.

The facial was really nice and my therapist Vicky even gave me a pressure point head massage. After having a shower my whole body (except feet) was moisturised. I noticed on this occasion I was not provided with slippers to walk to the shower area. I didn't question it but assume it may be a costing issue. I was given a shower cap though and a nice big fluffy robe on my exit from the shower though!! On my next visit I will bring my own shower slippers.

This treatment is worth every penny and Vicky the therapist knows her stuff. She even gave me 4 sample pots to use at home as well so that was a nice touch. I WILL BE BACK!!! (again) ;-)

This is the second time I have had the enlighten package. This time my therapist was Nicki who is an absolute professional!!!

I was wrapped in mud this time (which was quite something). My skin felt GREAT afterwards. I will definetly be a regular at this spa. Nicki and Vicky are EXCELLENT!!

the salon room couples as a storage room so if you are looking for glamour and comfort forget it. However, tans are always ok but facilities to dry before getting dressed need serious improvement. Shame really considering its in a Virgin studio.

I had the enlighten package which was FAB!!! Started off with the full body exfoliation, then was wrapped in foil and covered in a blanket which felt amazing whilst having a facial.

I then had a shower and once dried my whole body was moisturised. The therapist was very professional and let me know exactly what she was doing. I tell you what after all that my skin felt LOVELY!!! I enjoyed it so much that I am going to book another one right now!!!!

A group of us decided to get pedicures done as a group so when the 2 for 1 deal came up we jumped at the chance. However we found this more suited single people as opposed to a group. At this salon there are only 2 treatment rooms and so 2 therapists so we had to split up and do it 1 by 1 as opposed to being seen at the same time. Where the pedicure is concerned I prefer sitting in the large chair that gives you a back, bum and thigh massage while getting the pedicure done however, this salon you lay down on the treatment table while bending your knees and putting your feet in an average foot spa which was awkward at times. Aside from that the therapist was very nice and set the scene by dimming the lights, using fragrance oils and playing relaxing music. She also gave a really nice foot massage and had a very steady hand and gave me a perfect french nail polish. I wish I could remember her name as my friend that was with the other therapist said there was no music, fragrance, dim lighting and virtually no massage and talked about her problems in life the whole way through!
