Dove Spa at Virgin Active Mayfair

The venue was good, and therapist great.

The table was pre-heated which was lovely, however when cocooned in the wrap, you feel the cold more on your front (despite been loaded with extra towels) as your back is being heated. I recommend to have the table on a low setting so there isnt too much of a contrast between your back and front.

Despite this, the treatment was great and I would definately do this again!

Had a lot of trouble trying to telephone this establishment and never received replies to voicemail messages. Would not bother going there again or recommend it. Staff were pleasant enough not nothing more.

I have been here multiple times and will definitely return! Great skin analysis as well as a fantastic product line. I have gotten several therapists and always been happy with their level of expertise & professionalism. I would highly recommend Dove Spa.

The spa is within a Virgin gym so not your typical relaxing spa venue, however, the noise in the treatment room from outside was minimal. Therapist (Sam) was great, very friendly and explained beforehand what she would be doing so she wasn't talking throughout the treatment. The £25 massage offer is very good value for money and I'd definitely recommend it.

Honestly - it was ok - the booking was not made easy for using the Wahana voucher I purchased but once there - although part of a busy gym the treatment was great and relaxing with a lovely therapist who had magic hands! Not sure I would opt to go back if I didnt use the gym there but a great perk for those who are members....

The spa is really easy to find, near Marble Arch - great for combining a treatment with a shopping treat!

Although I am somewhat of a regular at the Canary Wharf Dove Spa at Virgin Active, this deal was for the Mayfair branch. It was great to see another facility and to meet their staff. The overall experience was wonderful and the 'taster facial' was a delightful mini break, especially for the price! Everyone was very professional and courteous. The facilities at the Mayfair club are fantastic and I enjoyed the spa facilities after my facial.

The place was really nice and the treatment rooms were very relaxing, however the I wouldn't say much about the treatment it self. Although it says that the treatment is for one hour it only lasted for like 40 mins and after it was done my skin didn't feel any different.

Probably wouldn't go there again, however the girl who did my treatment was really nice.

The facial that I had at Dove Spa (in the Virgin Active gym at the back of Oxford Street) was fantastic. In the end it was so relaxing that I fell asleep! The spa is really nicely kitted out, and the treatment room that I was in was really peaceful.

Really nice products - they were just right for my skin. It was a great exfoliation and mask and finished off with toner and moisturiser. And my skin felt lovely afterwards (no breakouts!)

Really enjoyed my skin consultation and facial at Dove Spa in Mayfair - the Spa is located inside Virgin Active just off Oxford St, and found it easily. On arrival my therapist (Rebecca) was ready and waiting, and took me through into the treatment room. My initial apprehension about whether there would be gym-noise intruding was completely unfounded - the treatment room was an oasis of calm, a great temperature (having come in from a very cold day!) and the facial itself was pure bliss. Incredibly relaxing, well tailored for my skin-type, and would do it again in a shot!
