Went to the spa for the enlighten package !!! Was excellent .... would def go again !! We had a mini facial , body exfoliation and a body mud wrap. All were amazing and the staff were friendly.

The therapist was lovely, the treatment was nice and i was plesantly surprised at how good my skin looked and felt afterwards the best it has ever, the only problem was that it was too cold!

I had a enlighten detox voucher and it was really good value for money. I was there for about an hour in total, and i had a full body exfoliation, wrap and mini facial. The treatment was very relaxing and the room was nice. Only downside was it was cold in the shower room so after a shower it was a bit chilly! but i did hav the earliest appointment in the day so maybe the heating hadnt kicked in! I was offered a drink after my treatment and it was waiting in the waiting area once i came out my room which was a nice touch. Staff were all friendly and proffesional. Overall a really good offer :-)

Excellent, very relaxing and I have not a bad word to say about the whole experience! Could not have been treated better and the venue is lovely for shopping then pampering afterwards!

Visited the spa for the first time last month with my mum. We had a st.tropez spray tan, Jade the therapist was excellent, made us feel at ease, there was no embarrassment at all and she professionally answered all our questions and gave us excellent advice. This was a trial for us both, I have booked another session for us both just before our holiday at the end of July 2011 so we look good on the beach when we arrive. The only down side was there are only 2 cubicles to get changed in and when you come back from the spray room if they are full you have to wait outside the cubicle in the mirrored area which is not very discreet especially when you cant wrap towel around you as you are drying and it would mark your skin. Would still recommend to anyone though!

St Tropez Tan at Dove Spa is brilliant!, no streaks and lasts for about a week! Although during promotional periods it does get very very busy and its very hard to get an appointment!

Staff did not seem to want to be there, not bothered about making it a relaxing experience for you. Wouldn't go there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone as there are plenty of better spa experiences in London than this one for roughly the same prices.

I got my mum a voucher for her birthday for a dermabrasion, but she did not want to go on her own, so I got myself a pamper treat voucher and booked us in so we could have our appointments together. It was also necessary for us to have appointments at the same time as I have a physical disability and needed my mum's assistance getting on and off the bed. This was my first ever facial at the grand old age of 26! I have to say the treatments were amazing, and the staff were very sensitive to my mobility problems. My mum's treatment was longer than mine, I had a half hour facial, so they let me relax on the bed until she was finished so that I would not have to try and negotiate my way back into my wheelchair without her help. I was so chilled out from my treatment, that the half hour I had to relax was great. Nearly fell asleep.
Mum loved her dermabrasion. Her face looks really luminous and like me, she commented how relaxed she felt afterwards.
For those who use wheelchairs - the treatment rooms are quite compact so you would need to get out of your wheelchair, so the therapist can get round you easily.

I visited the spa with my mum as a mothers day present. We had the Mud Detox treatment and it was very nice. The spa is only small and doesn't have any relaxation rooms but for the price we paid the treatment is great. If you want to spend a whole day relaxing then this isnt the place for you but for some really nice spa type treatments at a very affordable price then this place is great. Its kind of inbetween a beauty salon and a spa which is great if you want the spa treatments without the spa prices! I woud go again and recomend to friends.
